Place is completely covered in mold. Bathroom door is covered in mildew and the entire store smells like an old moldy fridge.

This station has gone downhill fast! No restrooms for public anymore? I to Ontario for work often , stop, fill up use rest room and grab road munchies. Not any more, employees say new owner decided to close the rest rooms. Well, new onwer decided to lose my substantial business. Ill be using the truckstop down the road down the road from now on.

Worst Place. No Public Access to Restrooms. VERY Rude Clerk. Dirty outside, broken pavement and hard to access Gas Pumps. Would give it Zero Stars if possible.

While we generally love Sinclair gas stations, it was disappointing to see they had no public restrooms at this particular location when we visited, especially after having filled up the tank. Had we known they didn't have public restrooms, we would have just filled the tank elsewhere. We were planning to buy things in the store, but we just drove to a nearby station, where restrooms were open.

The female cashier was very rude. I only asked her for help because my card got stuck in the gas machine and she went to tell her that the machine didn't work and she couldn't get my card back and she told me that wasn't her problem and she couldn't. do nothing and that I don't know how to use the machine and I told her that the machine wasn't working and she told me again that it wasn't her problem that I should leave the store and wait, I went out and she came out and yelled at me that she didn't know and that I I stuck the card in the end, another employee there helped me and told me that the machine was not working and helped me rescue my card.

Morning crew is nice. I usually come in for snacks and something to drink before work and I've never had any issues. They always offer a bag for my stuff. I decline everytime but I appreciate the gesture! :)

I was recently in an accident involving a pedestrian directly across the street from this exact location. I'm currently fighting my case cause the man ran out and kicked my vehicle with his knee after slamming his hands down on my hood telling me to watch where I was going. Then he dropped to the ground pretending he was hit. So I a customer of the store for years went to try and get the footage to clear my name cause now I'm facing 3 year in prison for something I didn't do. I have kids in there teens and 3 years is a long time to miss out of there lives if I can't prove the man was trying to get compensated. There's also two cameras at the jewelry store across the street and another at taco bell and one more at the street light on SE 4th Street all pointing in the direction of the accident. But apparently either the court appointed attorneys don't know how to do there jobs or simply none of these so called camera don't work. If anyone out there can help find the footage to clear my name the incident was on Jan. 29th at around 10:30 to 11:00 pm on the corner of SE 3rd st Ontario Oregon. Thanks

Price for gas is up everywhere, and it's no guarantee you'll get the best price at this location but the customer service is friendly and kind. I always feel welcomed as a customer.
