I can't say enough good things about Secure Summit Storage. I had to move out abruptly and was feeling completely overwhelmed, but their team made everything so much easier. They were incredibly understanding, helpful, and efficient throughout the whole process. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which gave me so much peace of mind during a stressful time. Facility exterior is dirty, they issued a storage unit to me that was being occupied, had to wait until late at night for this to be temporarily corrected. Upgraded units, than they force place renters insurance unless you provide them a copy of your homeowners insurance policy to add the storage unit as loss payee. Than upon giving notice well in advance they kept sending texts inquiring if we had vacated the unit week (s) before the agreement was to be terminated. Inquired formally and asked if our payment card on file had been deleted from their account system in case of being hacked, and received no reply. Only reply was can you give us a good review which was sent multiple times.

Door of storage has to be held open or crashes down. To load storage needed 3 people. Storage rate gets raised but nothing about storage has improved. Gate sometimes doesn't function. But they were the only place with an opening when i needed it.
