Sardae in the printing department is the greatest thing about this store! PLEASE give her a raise and treat her well. Do whatever it takes to hold on to her. True customer care just comes naturally to her, which is SO rare. Whatever she's getting paid, it's not nearly enough!

I was only person in line and there were several employees working and seen me and finished there conversation before helping me, it was poor customer service. In the end they were unable to provide me with my shipping needs.

Horrible customer service. DO NOT EVER MAKE AN AMAZON RETURN WITH THEM! Somehow my returned item was lost, and even though I had the receipt proving I returned the item, they said there was nothing they could do
