Moved shed on site in 2020. We thought we would empty them in a month or two. We were building our house, barns and farm and that process never happened. We were told we could purchase them, with a portion of the rent prorated at the time we rented, but did not think we would need them that long. Covid broke out, the prices went up, AND they refused to sell us the containers. Mutiple times we have contacted them asking if they could do something reasonable. The answer has always been to pay current pricing-- for 5 years we have made payments to them for a total of 9,063. I became ill this year, no phone calls, no emails. I missed two months of payments, (which I caught up on) and yet I still got a nasty letter from this company. I gave them a good review back in 2020 , but I am now giving them this review based on terrible customer service, failure to follow up on their word for selling the units with some kind of a break.

This company was awesome to work with. We first made contact with Wes, who took us on a tour of their available containers and educated on the ins and outs of each option. Then Ty hunted down, through his suppliers, the exact container, to include color, that we wanted, and found it! Jade was awesome handling the logistics of everything, answering all our questions and even took our calls outside of business hours. Wes delivered the container to New Meadows in the snow and placed it exactly where we wanted it (not an easy location to access) with the precision of an expert. We are so pleased! This company takes care of their customers.

Had two other companies come out to move our 40’ container and they wouldn’t even give it a shot. Wes figured out a way to do it and had it on the truck in 20 minutes. Fantastic customer service, very friendly, and they’ll get it done! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend!! We rented a 40' container for our move to New Meadows in Sept 2021. They were able to maneuver down our curved, gravel driveway and placed it exactly where we wanted. When they came to pick it up, 10 mins max, a smile & they were done, no idsues at all! Will definitely use them again if we need another container, A++++++

Huge! Huge! Shout out to Storage on Site. Our Veterans group needed 2 storage containers and they were very pleasant and prompt to work with. They hooked our Veterans Posts up and their driver/deliverer, Wes, needs to get a big pat on the back and maybe bought Lunch for his friendly customer service. Thank you very much. The American Legion Post 49 and VFW Post 4900 appreciate what you have done to assist our Veterans in the Emmett, Idaho area. Again Thank you!!
