People working there are wonderful, but I have called many times over a period of months, and the PHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED! Why bother paying for phone service???

I just opened an account and I deposited $25. Very friendly, been back a few times. I had to order a heated hose desperately, and knowing I would NSF, I had to do it..so when I went in to pay I only owed 20. $ and they didn't charge me for NSF. That was cool
