I'm autistic. I was given misinfo and my mail was returned. I vocalized a panic attack and the guy up front was so understanding. I avoid places like this and it's extremely painful for me. He talked me through it. Helped me. Was always kind. While i was having a rough time, he made up for it all. Thanks man.

REPEATEDLY return my son's mail to sender. The address is correct, it's not a forwarded address. The sender doesn't know why they're being returned and neither do i. Very frustrating. We get his mail half the time. So one driver is returning everything instead of delivering it, and that's frustrating.
