Walgreens is a place to refill prescriptions, shop for health and beauty products, and print photos. The pharmacy has specific hours throughout the week. Customers report absolutely hands-down the best customer service, with staff described as friendly, kind, helpful, patient, and having a positive attitude and upbeat personality. Employees are noted for their willingness to help, going above and beyond, such as sitting on the phone to ensure a photo book was correct or working with a customer to be sure a collage was right, even reprinting it. The photo department and pharmacy receive particular praise. Pharmacy staff are very kind and helpful, making notes about difficult medications, calling to explain and answer questions, and ensuring no problems getting medications. Wait times are short, often just a few minutes. The crew and manager are commended. The store is also recognized for a pleasant atmosphere where other customers offer their place in line to those who are handicapped, with seats always offered. While a pricing error was mentioned, the cashier remained really pleasant. Overall, the reviews highlight a business with a great, bubbly crew where everyone is always kind and friendly.
This is only one of two places where I can find my brand of liquid makeup in the 4 cities in my area!!! I also order online certain personal hygiene products in large quantities that are not available even at Walmart.

Pharmacy staff are polite but there needs to be more of them. No one ever answers the phone. You can be on hold for 30 min or more. Most times it’s easier to get into the car and drive across town to get an answer to a question or talk to a tech or the pharmacist.
