I won't be back to this location. the cashier was very rude, and tried to tell me to take my mask off. I'm disabled and immunocompromised and will not take my mask off and risk my life and health for anyone.
also the one thing I went there for on this visit is now almost 50% more expensive than it used to be and is much lower in quality as well, so there's almost no point in going to a 7-11 at all anymore to be honest

Horrible people here. 1 female worker actually grabbed a cup from a young lady and threw it away started yelling at people. The owner ran past the line of people and pushed 2 people to get to the back room.
I wasn't buying the small $1 cup but 5 large cups because we work out side and the guys were talking about missing slurpee day.. I just wanted to treat the guys I work with.

I have always loved 7-11. But 7-11 location has one of the rudest employees I have ever been rang up by. I believe is Hajim. I wish I could say I only have had one incident with this “gentleman” but unfortunately I have not. He seems to purposely ignore people. Many times he hasn’t given me the opportunity to speak or even utilize my 7-11 rewards or even get a bag after I’ve asked. He has acted like he didn’t have them when they are visible or acts as if he doesn’t understand while saying next to the customer behind. I do suggest having people who are in customer service positions be those whose realize they are there to help provide this service. The mistreatment has been enough for me to walk out when he is there and go elsewhere. I promise I don’t get offended by people much but the disrespect to the customers is unnecessary.

My husband and I came here yesterday to get a fountain soft drink. The staff are friendly but it's got no room for people who are in scooters and wheelchairs. And almost all the soda was out and the drink I wanted was not what came out. We settled on a diet Dr. Pepper. We paid and left but it was flat. I don't see myself returning here in the future.

I've lived near here since 2017 and used to love going to this 7-Eleven. Every employee there was extremely kind and sweet. Just very professional and pleasant. Then, this new guy showed up. He is a big, tall guy and not sure of his ethnicity but I'm guessing middle eastern. I'm always extremely friendly with everyone I meet. I do a lot of customer service type work, so it just comes naturally to me. However, this guy just clearly doesn't like me or something? I'm not sure why but he literally will not speak to me. I am a middle-aged white woman so not sure if he has some assumptions about that portion of the population? I hope not but that's the only conclusion I can come to based on my experiences. He will be very friendly and talkative to other customers. And I've noticed these are always people who are not in my ethnic category. One time, he said "have a great day" to a lady in front of me. I stepped up and said "how are you?!" , and he didn't say a word to me and wouldn't even look me in the eye. This happened multiple times over the following weeks. Finally, I was so annoyed because it happened so many times before I finally just stopped and said "so do I not get a good day too?". I've never stepped up and said anything like that in my life. But I was so frustrated. He wouldn't even look up at me and appeared to be seething with anger. I left and never returned. This guy has a huge chip on his shoulder and I'm not sure what it's about but it's not cool to be in that position in public and treat people that way. I hope management sees this and talks to him.

The only reason this isn't a 5 start review is because of where this store is located. The intersection it's by is always busy and people drive way too fast to the light.Other than that the store itself is nice. The staff is friendly and I do enjoy the Amazon lockers they have there or makes Amazon package pickups really easy and convenient. Lastly, slurpees are amazing just wish they stop raising prices but that's the world we live in.

This store is no longer interested in selling you a hotdog. Which is a shame. I grew up in town and have been a customer of this store for 30 years. Not anymore though.

Okay during the day, but the night crew doesn't care, or keep anything going on the rollers, answer is "No" If you thought this was a "7-11" with hot food at all hours, unfortunate.

Hajim working tonite @ 11:15 pm 6/19/23Was extremely rude and lacked customer service when my husband and i caught false advertising ( ORS 618.236 price misrepresentation prohibited ) and when Hajim charged him almost a dollar more!!!And he charged me twice and.I tried to correct him respectfully and he just shrugged us off. False advertising/marketing is 100% legal even if it is over a can of chips. Please train your employees on how to honor items that are falsely advertised and. At least have average intelligence.
