Stephanie worked the front desk, I came in unprepared with the registration not done prior on line, But she was SO nice and offered to help, didn't make me feel bad not having it done, She was fun and shared things with me, Just a Sweet nice person to deal with coming in an emergency situation. I want to recognize her and reward her for the $25 review posted in the rooms. Thank you Sherry Roe.

I'm a shy person and called before hand and got the Hub according to the front desk person. They are booked well after they are supposed to close. I asked on the phone regarding walk ins and they said they should be able to fit me in for a quick test. I get up and Receiption is asking very loudly what I am coming in for. It's an almost empty room with two other people waiting in the room and her voice echoed.I felt embarrassed to even talk. Regardless, I just said I'll schedule online cause I don't want to use my outside voice to say what I needed done.

As soon as I came in I was greeted by Tiffany with a kind smile, Brittney swiftly checked me in, and Eric, the NP who helped me, was very kind and patient as well. I felt cared for here. Thank you all :)

Emma at the front desk helped me find my insurance even without my card! I initially thought I would have to pay out of pocket, but Emma had already found my information for me! I saved quite a bit, and so appreciated Emma’s initiative and customer service!

A great experience all around. Tiffany x rayed my hand and was very friendly, while Hailey played with my daughter. I was out the door ten minutes after my appointment.
