All the employees of this store are fantastic!after singing up at a near by store I soon realized I needed better customer service..and let me tell you this store takes care of ya and makes sure they have a smile on there face!!!..this will be the ONLY ATT store I go to within the Oregon city/Portland area..great job ladies for taking care of a new customer!

We got our new phones today!
I went in to to discuss replacing my husbands damaged phone last week. Upon coming in, i was greeted by 3 separate employees who all seemed eager to help.
After figuring out what i was wanting to do, Nick and Lily both recommended a great solution that included both myself & my husband getting into new phones.
You can tell these representatives really care about what they do. I will be back again soon to set up the kiddos with Nick & Lily.

I wish I could give a zero. I went into this store after spending an hour on the phone and finally being told to go into the store. I explained to the manager that I needed to port a number on to a line that was no longer needed. I had to keep the line due to the contract. After leaving me 2x to answer other people’s questions (I had to wait why didn’t they ?) she instead created a new line. So now I have 2 lines? I have spend over 5 hours since then trying to fix this. When I called in she told it wasn’t possible to do. And I didn’t listen. Oh ok. Funny because I have been able to do it over the phone. Not only was the service horrible in store. But on the phone transferring , disconnecting , wrong phone numbers shared to get help oh and the 2 hour and 55 hour hold time . Ranting ? A bit but my time has been wasted trying to fix her mistake. ?

I came to the store to switch an Apple phone to an Android.
Nick helped me by assuring me he would be right with me, very kind and polite.
He then switched my phone number to my Android and needed my apple password and long story short, my account is through T Mobile!!!
He helped anyway as he could and is very customer oriented.
A great employee for you!!

Did not make it past waiting. Walked in as 1 customer was leaving. The gentlemen helping that customer quickly disregarded my husband and I, advising the other employee on shift could help us. They sat next to each other, both helping one customer. New customer walked in and was also disregarded. When that customer gave up/ left, the employee looked up and said "k byeeeeee" and smiled. My husband and I both walked out at that time as well. Ended up going to Tmobile and switched carriers.

Lillie helped us undo a purchase, we did (my mom went from android to iPhone) she had buyers remorse wanted to return her new iPhone 15 pro max for another Samsung Z Fold and she made it happen! If I could give zero stars to Nicholas S, I would. I believe this person knowingly gave us erroneous information about the value of a trade in. Only caring about making the sale. Turns out the phone isn’t even eligible. You thought it was no big deal to screw with me, but you actually screwed over a kid. My 17 year old son is the one who has to work to pay for this phone. He was so happy because he thought it was going to be easier for him to afford the payments, but it’s not. Don’t be a liar.

I went there to get a new phone for my son. We thought we had a great rep helping us. Turned out, Nicholas S at this store lied to us about how the old phone would be eligible for a trade in if we got the cracked screen fixed. We were ready to stop the purchase and do that first. He told us we didn't need to wait. We could but the new one first, then do the repair and trade in within 30 days. Turns out, once a new phone is on the protection plan, the old phone is no longer eligible to fix. THEN it turns out the phone itself is not eligible for trade in anyway. Really nice way to screw over a 17 year kid!
