Bought a motorcycle battery but ended up being wrong type, staff were very pleasant and helpful, return process was easy. Great place to find scarce or hard to find batteries.

Arrived with mission to replace all 8 of my motor home batteries. Guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and exhibited good customer service. I bought two batteries to get my motor home started with the intention to come back and buy the next 6. Then I saw the Star of David necklace proudly worn outside his shirt.he was wearing it unapologetically. In these situations I stay out of politics but I couldn’t help but be let down. Is it not bad enough, That country is doing what’s it’s doing to children? Is it not bad enough American tax dollars support them? Is it not bad enough they own our politicians? I decided to go to ABE Batteries for the remaining 6 batteries. Slightly more expensive, but the guys behind the counter were greasy blue collar hard working Americans. That’s who deserves my money.

These guys I have an old red dot for my gun and I brought it For about 10 years and these guys were super cool about putting them in for me and had to open up a couple packs of batteries to figure it out, but he didn’t make me buy them. All only bought the ones that worked. These guys are great very informative and you gotta go to this place for all your battery needs kudos

How do I give zero reviews for the horrible customer service I got from Tyson? Went in to fix my phone camera that they broke when they fixed my screen he was incredibly rude asking why it took me so long to go back that so inappropriate and unprofessional. I called in many time to verify they have my part was told to come in get there Tyson was so rude treated me like I was stupid and said I'm not helping you maybe the part isn't here yet why did you take so long to come back. He was laughing at me treating me as if I was dumb. That's the worst experience!!!!! I just need them to fix the problem they created!

I purchase a new Duracell car battery at this location for $179.99 that had a 2-year warranty and an advertised life of 3-5 years. Found out after my truck would not start, when I needed it the most, the real life on it was 2 years 5 months. My Sears Die Hard batteries were lasting over 16 years. Never ever buying another car battery from these guys again. These are JUNK batteries and no recourse after the warranty period is up.

Jeremy has great customer service. I had some problems with a battery terminal connection after purchasing a new battery that was installed on site. He made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied and made good on a refund promised. I will use this batteries plus store for all future purchases. They care.

Had the bulbs I needed . I’ve gone in there 2 times and they had black light bulbs for Halloween and 60 watt bulbs soft white for my hallway. They are close in town. Will continue to give them my business!

This morning with a full trunk of groceries at Winco in OC my car wouldn’t start. My son Jeff came with cables to give it a jump & it wouldn’t do that. Batteries Plus was in the parking lot. We purchased a battery from Travis & he lent us the tools & Jeff removed the core and installed a new battery. Very nice people working in this store. A line up of people but he was still very helpful. They were also helping another lady with a similar problem. Highly recommend them if you need battery assistance.

I was just in the Oregon City store looking for help finding a USB cable. The employee recognized it as an older style.
He said it was Mini B to USB A. I probably would have wasted money buying at least 3 of the wrong cables from Amazon before I got it right.

These people can’t program key fobs! I made 3 trips to this store and each time they told me that they needed a different machine to program my pickup’s fob. The last time they deprogrammed my working fob and I had to wait while they fumbled around trying to fix it. I finally got out of there, but the employee was quite rude and not apologetic at all. I will Never go to this store again.
