Got recommended here by my co-worker, drove out far because of it, and I am more than happy at the service I received!
My battery was dying on me and the connector to the terminal was so badly damaged it couldn't really be saved without excessive work. The worker here (Trevor I believe) hooked up a new connector and got a new battery in far faster than I'd expect while helping out his coworker with other problems popping up. Knowledgeable, patient, and consistently answered my questions while letting me hover over him like a fly so I could understand the work being done.
Will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone I know who needs a new battery for their vehicle

Very poor sales..... Needed a battery for my Harley, the person on the phone said they don't have any. But yet I have purchased one before from them. After pointing that out..... He hmmed and hawd for a moment then said we have an equivalent . This is not a place I trust or will do business with.

went here this morning Feb 1st at 9 am rite when they opened. instantly fell in love with this place. Great prices, really nice people working there and was in and out super fast. let me tell yah, these guys know what there doing , they've got a loyal customer rite here, I won't ever go anywhere else ever again for my battery needs. this place rocks.....

Their “100% accurate” battery tester showed my son’s battery to be fine, causing us to incur diagnostic expenses from 2 different mechanics. In the end, it was the battery after all, which nearly tripled his cost to replace it. We will never go here again.

I showed up with my 'problematic' 2-year-old battery, intending to buy a new one. Trevor tested it, and after asking me a few questions, we both realized that my battery charger wasn't working well. The battery is fine, and he just saved me the money for a new one. Thumbs up!

The battery in my car had drained twice in the last three weeks. I drove to Battery X-Change in Oregon City, ready to buy a new battery. They tested the battery and let me know that it tested OK and that the problem might be some sort of battery drain (e.g. light left on) when the car is parked.
I shouldn't be amazed when a business has great service even when they DON'T sell you anything, but it's nice to know that honest people can still be found.
I'll definitely be heading to Battery X-Change in Oregon City the next time I actually do need a new car battery!

These guys go above and beyond. Have stayed open late for me. Will not sell you something unless you absolutely need it. Honest, great customer service, and great people.

Pulled in with, what I thought, was a bad battery. He ran a test. Told me my battery was great. Didn't try to upsell me and was very nice . Will definitely be back.
