This was my first time in a laundromat in 20+ years and what a great surprise- it was CLEAN, easy to use, and the person working (Michelle!), was so helpful and nice. Their ozone feature for odor was especially nice for kids’ basketball uniforms. Highly recommend if you need to get a lot of laundry done quickly, and efficiently!

I love to take my large quilts so I can get them all done at once. It's was remodeled when it changed hands last year. It is very clean, and there has always been employees on duty when I'm there. Employees are helpful and friendly. You don't have to have coins as you add $ to a Brax card using a credit card.

Well-lit venue with a TON of machines. The overhead lighting was little too bright for me - but makes for spotting stains great! I saw about 10 oversized machines and about 20 regular "laundromat sized" machine (meaning still bigger than what i have at home). I opted to get re-fillable card to pay in the machines but there is also an app. The cards can be refilled with cash or card.I used two oversized washers. I was able to fit a California King size, 40lb fleece blanket and two sets of sheets in one washer with a little extra space. The blanket has always been a king sized PAIN to wash. The washer didn't have any confusing instructions and was operated by a touch screen - which is located a little high off the ground so anyone who is shorter or operating a wheelchair/scooter might have difficult reaching. There is a section on top of the machine where I put in the detergent/softener/bleach - separate sections for each. There is also an attendant there that is able to help with any issues that might arise. The whole wash cycle took about 35 minutes and the items came out noticeably cleaner! obviously what I was hoping for but still surprising lolol. The total cost to wash the two oversized loads was approx. $30 - I also opted for a prewash and extra rinse for each load. The dryers are just as large and I still only needed to use two for all of my items. It took approx. 35 minutes to get everything dry and cost about $4.50 total for both loads. GET A WOOL BALL AND USE IT. Unfortunately I didn't and the remaining animal hair/lint on the blankets was noticeable. I'll be re-running the items through my home dryer with my wool ball to help. The main problem at home is getting the items clean and thoroughly dry in a timely manner - which definitely happened here! The staff were very friendly and i saw them, answering questions, servicing the machines, and helping people with their laundry and the card machine regularly.

Using the equipment is a pain. Have to have app for the most part. Priced ok. Equipment is nice. Quiet and places to sit inside.

This place rocks. Staff was extremely helpful and kind, helping me understand how to use the machines and app to pay from my phone. I don’t care that I paid $11 to wash equivalent of 4 loads of laundry… you get what you pay for! The ozone is a wonderful extra touch. Thanks so much, Brax Laundry! I will be back.

It's nice and clean but everything is over an app, which I guess is ok because it shows you how much time is left for the wash. But the prices are way to high its not worth it.

This place is wonderful however I'm not sure who needs to head this but patchouli oil IS NOT PERFUME!!! I know it was an employee who had it on. patchouli oil is known to make people stop breathing! It closes airways. It smelled so strong of the stuff in there I became nauseated and went into an Asthma attack. I got home after washing my clothes and the smell was strong enough to sink into my CLEAN clothes. I am on my way to another place to REWASH my clothes. Because of this I have to pay for my laundry twice. This is taking hours out of my day. Please do not use or wear patchouli oil to work or in public. The stuff is DEADLY AND A SAFETY ISSUE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

I needed to launder a large, quilted bed covering and decided to try Brax Laundry. This place is great! Lots of large washers and dryers! The place is clean and the employees were really helpful in showing me how things work. I have already recommended this place to family and friends - and I’ll definitely go back when I need something laundered that I can’t do at home. And Max and Brad are terrific people!

I come here about once a week because, let’s face it, their machines are phenomenal. I can’t get my clothes/rugs/bedding to look brand new. Every. Single. Time. Is it a bit pricier than other laundry mats? Maybe. But you get what you pay for. It’s always clean. The staff is super helpful and the owner is down to earth, friendly and easy to talk to.
