Jamie is a great communicator with her consignees and I feel better about getting rid of things I no longer want knowing they'll go to a good place - the shop credit is always what I end up taking because there's such cute stuff to choose from!”

I was free today, so I came to Ross. I spent four hours browsing and shopping? While I was walking around, I heard a female employee greeting customers with kind and sweet words, without showing any signs of fatigue. I was happy to hear those greetings because she was friendly to every customer. She was an employee in the fitting room. Thank you, Ross, for having everything and for the excellent staff. Ross gives customers smiles. I enjoyed my shopping experience.”
