If I could give no stars I would. I will start out by saying I am not a picky person either; I was in the area so this was not a usual nail salon I visit but with the time I had and being in the area thought I would try it out. I got a full set and none of them matched shape wise, length, exc. While the price was cheap, I now see why. After 5 days 3 of the nails fell off...never had this happen before. Not worth the visit!

Worst manicure I’ve ever received in my life. I could’ve done better at home. awful awful awful.
I have never left a review for any establishment online ever… But I’m so upset that I felt compelled now.
I came in while running errands on my birthday and thought I would treat myself. I left in tears my nails look horrible
There was no adequate preparation. She did not even paint the full nail. She painted more of my fingers and cuticles and anything else.

I try not to leave negative reviews but, this place is horrible. The lady running this place was extremely short with me and told me that if I needed my cuticle's cleaned up I should see a doctor. One of my nails had a jagged corner and she said she couldn't trim it. I would have done it myself if I had known. As per normal. I way over tipped (40%), never again. Stay away from there people!

The service was sub par and the quality of work for what they do is a joke!!! Pedicure services were terrible and charge 75 dollars!! Just to paint nails and a 2min weak massage. Very disappointing do NOT recommend

I'm just gonna be honest don't waste your time or money. She cut my nails without asking what length id like, very rude about how I had my hand rested because she kept moving my hand around and was persistent that I need to stop resting my hand on hers to much( mind you she is gripping my hand in order to do them) she missed multiple spots and the polish wrinkled and had litrle bits of hair and fuzz on it and kept telling me how I should come back and get gel because it lasts better I tipped more than I should have because in all honesty I wanted to get out of there Immediately. Absolute would never return again and over all since the beginning she was very rude and rough.

I would never go back to Crystal Nails next to Fred Meyer again in Oregon City ! I left there almost in tears! I did not take a picture of my pedicure because it was that hideous but I have proof that I went with my receipt. While I sat there waiting for my nails to dry I was on the phone with Troutdale Nails setting up an appointment to get a full set and a pedicure. My experience with Crystal Nails for the second time is the last time, the first time I needed a fill, but was leaning more towards taking off the old set and getting a new fresh set put on since I was going on vacation to Mexico, but Rosie talked me out of it and told me just to get a fill (she didn't seem like she wanted to do the work), I also got a pedicure and that wasn't so bad and that is the reason I decided to go back today as I was back from my vacation. Rosie and the other woman were rude when I asked about the prices because I was confused with the chart since I was getting a full set and a pedicure with shellac, Rosie seemed a bit confused herself as she was trying to explain then told me to remember and never question the pricing again. Rosie handed me the colors as the other woman was starting my pedicure and I said "ouch" I could see she got frustrated and seemed rude and was talking as she seemed mad toward me while talking with Rosie, I then asked if they had another color, as I was pulling out my phone to show them, Rosie said "No that's all the color no more" completely cut me off they continued to talk. I also brought up that last time my nails were lifting after one week and she said "you use too much chemicals and if you don't like you go somewhere else " I just looked at her like wow!! I then decided I did not want shellac I was going to do regular color and I let her know, Rosie took over, total time spent on my nails was 15 minutes if that, my nails were not cut, my feet still felt roughness, there was polish on my toes and the polish looked old, all they did was got my feet wet after she started to file and she hurt me and I said ouch the other girl got mad n stopped so no filing and lotion threw on a lil a hot towel thrown on my pants above my knees even and rock barely used slapped that polish on and sent me over to dry my toes.

I’ve been to a lot of salons had a lot of pedicures, lots. My whole life. Always bring my mom along with me too, she got her acrylics done here. Highly don’t recommend coming here. Lol the quality is just not. It. .. sorry. But it really was very evident. The girls paint job I saw when I first walked in made me immediately know the nail tech here didn’t do her job with artistic precision AT ALL. NOT AT ALL. Be careful here. Very dissatisfied with the services here, although I didn’t get my acrylics done here I was disappointed for my mom, she deserved better. If they can’t do acrylics with attention to detail then why are you a nail tech? My pedi was also not well done. Why, why. She should have just had me paint them myself!!!Service: Spa services

Got in super fast, the salon is cluttered but seems clean, pedicure was decent and fair price for all the extras. Nail artist was nice and not rough. Heels didn't end up as callous-free as I hoped but that could be a *me* problem

i put acrylic nails in this place, the service was efficient and fast i liked it. after that i took my husband to do the deluxe pedicure service he liked it too.
