I am very shy and I felt very comfortable here. This has only been my 3rd time ever getting my nails done. I had a wonderful experience. The young girl who did my nails did so wonderfully, it was exactly what I wanted. I am so happy!!! Thank you so much.

They did good on the nails but I called them and set up an appointment in which they agreed to do 3 gel manicures at the same time and we only got around to doing two because they didn’t have enough people working

Did color change on hand & feet. $30 is to much plus she made the white on French way to wide.

Had called prior and set appointment and they were lacking the ppl to fulfill the 4 ppl. Then was over charged.

The lady was a bit rough with my cuticles and I got skin burns on three of my fingers, but the nails look good.. I just wish she would’ve been a bit more careful because I don’t have thick skin!

I am not a gal who regularly gets pedicures, but we are going on a cruisen, and I wanted to treat myself to some nice ocean blue toes. I love them ...and thank you to the nice gal who dealt with all my flinching.

I used to go to this place every 2 weeks for a gel mani. Last time I went they had 2 new girls, I pointed to the basic pedi and she insisted I picked a "flavor" so I picked. My pedi went well. Then they started my nails while I was still getting a pedi, she must have forgot because she just left the foil and remover on until I was done. She then cut me 4 times. My polish was very uneven and 4 days later 2 of my nails have chipped off(I got gel). They also then charged me 85 dollars for the $31 mani and the $30 pedi that I requested, when I asked they said well you picked a "flavor". Sucks I have to find a new nail place.

Bad and rude. I booked an appointment with the owner, ended up getting another lady. She talked non stop in Chinese. Rude!!! Didn't pay attention burned every finger with drill and cut me with file. I got thru it but my hands still hurt 3 days later! I booked a toe polish change and said I didn't have apt but a girl had time. Listen to your customers when booking apt and that girl needs to be retrained. Stop talking and pay attention to what your doing !!!

Best pedicure I've had in a very long time.Le Nam is fantastic. My feet and legs feel amazing!Be Thao made my brother almost fall asleep. I haven't seen him this relaxed in years.
