I tried printing something at home for over an hour. Couldn't get the margins right, then I ran out of ink. I uploaded the files to FedEx online but coupdnt get it to load. I called the store several times and Robby was beyond patient and understanding. He assured me that he could help and advised me to come in. I did indeed go in and he was able to help me. He showed me what it would look like when printed, double checked the sizing and paper. He never rushed me or seemed irritated. Real customer service is hard to come by now a days and Robby definitely delivered that. Thank you again Robby.

Had my wine shipment sent to this Fed Ex office and will do again. Didn’t have to be home to sign for. Employees were quick and efficient and brought the 2 cases to my car. Thank you.

Reggie gives excellent customer service! He has helped me on two occasions, and he far exceeded any expectations I could have had. He's knowledgeable, kind, personable and patient. I happened to mention him to a local friend in Oregon City, and she said, "Oh I love Reggie!" Go see Reggie, he'll make sure you're taken care of!

Very unprofessional atmosphere. Visited about 6:00pm Monday November 6th 2023. Loud inappropriate music was playing over their sound system blaring the “N” word, “F” word, “D” word, and “S” word. I told the only employee I saw that it was very inappropriate music to be playing in a public place of business. The employee giggled and didn’t care. I will NEVER be back.

Not the happiest with fedex right now, we yet again received a package that is not addressed to us, and when I called both the 1800 and local number they could not help with picking it back up, didnt even care to help at all to get the package to the rightful owner. How are they still in business.

I *was* here to get some posters printed, but after the guy just walked off & starting helping the next people in line before anything was printed or paid for, I'll go to UPS down the street.Super rude. I was the only one here 10min ago, but clearly everyone else is more important.

I took four books to be spiral bound. First they told me a set time for pick up, when I got there to pick them up absolutely nothing was done. The kid told me it wasn't his fault, it was another guys but he was at lunch. He said I could pick up the following day. I go back the following day and the books are cut uneven, the spiral is only on the center of one and pages are falling out of another. I explain what the issues are and that I want them fixed. The guy is clearly frustrated I'm not happy with the books and tells me he needs to call someone to ask if they will fix them. He calls a guy who you can hear yelling on the phone and says they will fix the next day. No one bothered to call and let me know they were ready but eventually I picked up the books again. This time it's a different guy who is beyond rude. They did not fix any issues with the books. Fed up with the lack of customer service I called another location and asked for an area managers contact information. This person took a message and assured me the area manager would call that same week and told me this was absolutely unacceptable and they would make it right. It's been weeks and the area manager never bothered to call me. Now I'm out the $50 I spent on the four books and the $29 I paid them to ruin my books. The money I'm out is bad enough but I'm absolutely disgusted that no one in the company cared one bit to even attempt to make it right or apologize for ruining my books.

Thanks to the young lady who helped me retrieve the FedEx shipping label from my phone. I couldn't print it at home because our internet was down. Both you and your coworker showed such patience with me during a busy time and I was so impressed with your great efforts!! You Rock!!!

Easy self-service printing. God forbid you need service with an attendant though. It takes forever to get served if there are people ahead of you. Great pricing on prints.

This is not a reflection of the people that work at this location (because they are lovely) but rather an issue with fedex services and charges. They overcharged me nearly $15 on holds that they are not going to return to me until tomorrow (apparently they hold a $10 fee for ANY time you use their computer???) I had $30 on my account and am broke with an urgent need for gas, which I now cannot get back until tomorrow, and I am supposed to drive 40 minutes into pdx today with less than an eighth of a tank… I am so angry with fedex as an entity for not communicating their hold on peoples money… 1 star and highly recommend anyone go somewhere else to print from…

Just tried to fax. No one was helpful. It went twice and had errors. I am not going to this store again. Not good customer service on what to do. They should fax it for me.

I went here on a Saturday to drop off my eBay package, and would like to share my experience. First of all, the counter employee put clear tape over the shipping label including the barcodes. I was surprised by this as I explained to him the post office specifically says not to do so, but he insisted it was "to protect it". Worst of all, he put a wrinkle in the clear tape over the data matrix barcode part of the label. He then added about 8 fragile stickers while implying the Fedex Ground / Home Delivery drivers aren't very careful. Now, keep in mind I've already weighed and paid for my shipping prior to drop off, placed "This way up" and "Fragile" labels on it, and Fedex reserves the right to impose additional charges. Anyway, there's more...I was informed that the pick-up wouldn't be until Monday, and if a driver did come in it would be just to "do a check". Later on a few hours after getting home I checked eBay tracking and it was already showing in Troutdale. But wait, there's still more...I checked eBay tracking again later on and surprise surprise, this message - "May 14, 2022, 10:01pm PDT, Shipment exception - Barcode label unreadable and replaced, TROUTDALE, OR 97060."...do not use this location if you care about your package. I will absolutely never use them again, my local office in Molalla handled my prior package without issue.If I do incur additional weight or handling charges, I will be complaining to this location, and to Fedex directly to get refunded. Incredibly poor service at this location. The only upside was they scanned it (before ruining the label with clear tape) and I got a printed receipt instead of a hand written one.Fedex really needs to address issues with negative reviews about this location.
