I came for pedicure and it was a scam. I am the only color Julie did my eyebrows and passed me to this lady for pedicure it was horrible, I don’t want to tel her how to do her job, she literally wash it not cleaning it well and she is done. I try to tell her her and she is very resistant also she is very rude to tel her anything. I expect for job

It was great except for one thing. The nail tech hurt my feet while doing my pedicure. She scrubbed too hard on my bunions and caused some skin breakage. I am not able to wear shoes due to the sore on both feet now. Very tender

Cut my cuticles poorly, file my nails crooked, one coat of clear polish, take less then 10 minutes doing it then charge $27. Needless to say, ridiculous and I won't be returning!

HORRIBLE experience... Quoted over the phone that the Pedi would be $45 and clarified that it was with Shellac. During the Pedi I was constantly asked for added upcharge items (Mani, Cuticle cut, flower on toe and so on) I turned them ALL down. When the Pedi was done I was charged $66, when ask what happened to $45 they said I got a Delux, but was NEVER told there were different options or asked what I wanted. I paid the $66 and went home to inspect - there are sharp edges and my big toe shellac is already coming off (less than an hour from my appt) WILL NEVER GO BACK! BEWARE!

I had the best experience. My nail rep was Veronica, she was amazing. She took her time and made my Pedi and Mani a sure fire for a come back. Awesome experience.

I 've been going to Happy Nails sence Julie first opened 2006 her shop. I thought it was the cleanest shop I'd ever seen. Decore was very nice the Techs were all professional , clean, . Happy Nails has kept up a high list of clientele. That I also know very well. Julie is the best along with all the ladies in her shop.

My pedicure was so rushed and not relaxing at all. They aren't friendly at all and don't say please, thank you, or bye. She rushed through each step of my pedicure and when it was time for the sugar scrub she just applied and rinsed it right away. What was supposed to be the hot towel was barely warm and she just placed it on my feet and immediately removed it. She didn't know what she was doing. My daughter also got a pedicure and manicure and they did the manicure at the pedicure station. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and 0% relaxing. Do not go!
