The most lazy and slow receiver!! This lady doesn’t ever know what’s going on and seems like she’s constantly having a mental breakdown and can’t handle the pressure that comes with the job. I’ve stopped myself from this review multiple times but enough is enough! Please train your employees!!!!

I plan to file a lawsuit against Home Depot!!! Their receiving lady is the most unprofessional. This is the only Home Depot that makes you handle their own freight always demanding delivery drivers to put products onto their own carts when this should be their job! I injured my back while lifting their product that I had already staged on their dock and she wanted me to lift it onto a cart. Technically that is their job so if I am doing work for Home Depot they should be liable for my injury and medical bills.

WONDERFUL service! I mean that. I'm in the middle of a big move and they've got everything I need. I made a big purchase that I ended up not needing. I didn't have the receipt. But they found my purchase thru the card I used and gave me a refund. Even if it wasn't for that refund. I bought my pressure washer here, and gas powered lawnmower because of the awesome service. LOVE this location.

Customer service has always been great. Unfortunately, I bought an indoor house plant, and it had Thrips. Thanks to Home Depot, I am now fully knowledgeable about this insect. I now get to purchase an entire new summer garden as I've had to throw them all Away . At least 20 outdoor and all but 2 of my house plants have been trashed and I lost the struggle with 3 long term indoor plants I've had many years. All the bays of potting soil, trashed , the price of insecticides multiple, hours and on going hours of bug removal and plants in segregation.. and I should really take a star because of the heebie jeebies I've had every time the wind blows. Fire your garden manager . I'll never buy any plant from there again. What a nightmare. The plant cost 34.99. And my ruined my outlook for Awhile. Thrips... like 8 hours of plant maintenence a day. For months! Thanks home depot. What a pal. You'll never get me in that store again

For some reason, this Home Depot has the broadest selection of products in the Portland area. Throughout the store, this location has product lines you don't see at other Home Depots. So if I'm looking for something specific, I'll look in the app first and see if Oregon City has it in stock. Other than that, it's just a Home Depot. If you are a contractor or a DIYer, you know what to expect.

First crew did not have the proper parts to install a dishwasher I purchased. They partially dissasembled my old dishwasher and left the new dishwasher in my kitchen. They said a crew would be out "next week" and the crew would be bringing the proper parts. I called HD support to see if they could get someone out ASAP as I now have a non-functioning dishwasher and the new dishwasher sitting in my kitchen. I'm told that nothing can be done until I have a plumber replace a leaking valve (??). Pictures online show no leak and crew told me they needed parts. I talk to a supervisor who says not all pictures are downloaded and it was not a leak but rather the valve felt wet. They would come back but the caveat was that if the crew felt "uncomforable" I would have to have a plumber out (what???). I'm pretty sure they had confused me with another customer as I was with the crew when they took the pics and plumbing is bone dry. I was also told I could call the Oregon City Pro desk daily to see if they have a cancellation. After 40 minutes of being on hold and no one checking in or giving any options, I hung up. The second install crew came today. They were friendly and seemed competent, and plumbing was dry/no leadk. I likely won't use HD again for an appliance purchase and installation. Poor communication and follow-up. I would think an organization this big would have better service, follow-up, communications and follow through.

Today was such a pleasure going into Home Depot. We didn't have to go look for help, they came to us. Gabriel was amazing with picking out blinds and cutting them to a husbsnds specific measurements :)
Then Andrew was so helpful picking out a washer and dryer. I know people normally leave a review to complain, but these two gentlemen need to be recognized for great customer service!!
