My mom and I started going to Isa's back when he was in west linn just starting out. I had come to him after a horrible experience at Grimms in lake oswego who unbolted all 5 lugs on my wheel and overcharged me for an alternator. Isa has gotten very busy amd big since west linn and that is for good reason. He is kind, genuine and honest. I've ventured from him only two times and got screwed over both times by other mechanics. As for the negative reviews, Id like to see one mechanic on Google who has an actual 5 stars that is honest and not bribed. Everyone has off days and even when there has been an issue. Isa has fixed it. I will never go anywhere else and my children will be taking their cars to him when they grow up! He is just a good human being and a kick ass mechanic and so are his guys who work beside him!

I generally don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but this time I have to. I brought my car into the shop June 16th, they promised it back the same day, which didn't happen. I came back the next day, got my brakes changed and O2 sensors replaced. Immediately I noticed they did not tighten my lug nuts down on my tire, which is extremely dangerous. Additionally, they did not call or text about my threads being bad. Instead, they screwed in my O2 sensors into bad threads, causing them to be completely chewed up. I doubt they are a terrible shop, but the experience I had with them was not satisfactory. If I could get a refund, I definitely would.

Looking for a new mechanic in Oregon City? Me too.
This ain't the one - can't be hard to find a better shop since Isa's does such a mediocre job.
Extremely poor communication from start to finish. Zero phone calls or questions for me throughout the whole process.
Didn't complete simple oil change tasks that even Jiffy Lube makes sure to finish.
They went ahead and completed a non essential repair and charged $250+ ecen though I DID NOT ASK TO BE COMPLETED.
Headed to a different shop this week to have a decent mechanic double check this obviously rushed repair job.
Save yourself money and time - take your vehicle elsewhere

Isa is great! Very honest! Even gave me a diagnosis for free. Theyâve always been spot on with whatâs wrong in an engine. Theyâre honest and good at what they do.

Took care of my vehicle issue... very satisfied with their work.
Scheduled work within a couple of days. In at 8:00 am and the work was completed by noon.

Had my car for 4 days, on day 3 said oh we are working on it and we will call you in an hour. End of day 4 they hadnât touched it so I picked up my keys. Was never told it was parked in a public lot, assumed it was secure on their property. So I couldnât tell you if they do good work or not because they did nothing. They were nice, but thatâs all I can say.

I always take my car to Isa's Auto service, just got my brakes fixed a few weeks ago. I won't go anywhere else!! Friendly customer service.

Such nice people! They were quick with repairs and honest. I really appreciate Isa wanted me to wait another day so I wasn't getting charged for 2 service fees to bring my car back.
