Needed to check my transmission fluid witch is underneath the the rear of my corvette. They were polite and did it a couple of minutes, other Oil change company wouldn't do it. I was in a good place when I left this Jiffy Lube because of their customer service.

I had a great experience at this jiffy lube. The workers were very informative and it was a very welcoming environment. They had me in and out the door, and I really appreciated their efficiency and willingness to answer my questions. As well as giving me a great recommendation to get my tire fixed as well.

the whole DEQ too thing is a rip off! I spent money on it but yet still cant register my vehicle,,, since its a 2019 Rouge and nothing on the paperwork states that it failed I cant see why did I waste my money and my time to go here? In the past they have done the registration for me now Im just out money... be sure to NOT use this company.

I just went to the one in West Linn by the Chevron. They were so rude, wouldn’t help me and didn’t even check my oil. Found this one in Oregon City and all of the guys were so sweet, quick to help, kind and answered all my questions. The Oregon City store is where I will be going from now on.

1) They only put in one of the four bolts that holds my plastic guard under my car up, So as I was driving away I was greeted with a flapping sound that could be matched with a bent rod noise. Come to find out it was the plastic oil change cover flapping in the wind. Had to go find the same bolts and put them in. Crisis Adverted.2) I pulled around, got ready to go and they forgot to give me my debit card back. I got out and went to go ask for it and they said they gaslit me and said they didn't have it and maybe it's in my wallet. I told them they most definitely did have it and then they said "Oh sorry, yes we do".

Came in for my first visit at this location for an oil change on my Prius. I was able to get in immediately. Management was on the front lines helping out the crew and he cleaned all my windows. They finished my oil change so fast that I didn't even get a chance to finish the lunch I brought with me! Excellent experience, excellent dudes. I would recommend
