It is always special these days, in most stores, when you can get customer service on the floor to help you find an item so I wanted to take a minute to give this store a shout out. I had a need for a particular piece of plastic sheeting to, believe it or not, create a special drain on an exterior gutter. I figured a sales person on the floor would give me a crazy look and basically say no, don't have anything that would work. Fortunately, I asked Kati, and she said she loved a challenge so off we went! In a few minutes she had shown me several options in plastic sheeting and I chose one of those. it was perfect. Wow, can't thank Kati enough for helping me and having a fun attitude was a real bonus! Love this store. P.S. The check out lady was very nice, too. Sorry, didn't get her name.

no music, it awkwardly quite and the staff seemed like they didn't even want to be there, so glad i only needed one item so i could just go.

Very expensive for a small picture to get framed. I was mislead by a 70% off coupon. Shameful I say, shameful.

I used to come to michaels way more before they stopped offering coupons as much. Prices are not that great anymore. Many sale items do not ring up as they should and its a hassle getting it fixed because the cashier has to send someone to look at the item and relay back up front the correct sale price, this is often time consuming to say the least (and annoying). I dont come here very often anymore. Went downhill.

Lots of options for creative types to scratch their particular artistic itch, from scrapbook enthusiasts to craft makers to painters. They also carry a fairly wide selection of frames from document and photo didplays to shadow box frames and specialty sports memorabilia displays.About the only thing they are missing are model car and airplane kits, but that’s what hobby stores are for.

The store is clean and orderly, staff is polite and helpful, and the selection of craft and art supplies is more that Decent. I had my dog with me but. I forgot a leash and they even supplied me with one to use. Definitely above and beyond. Didn't
