This is the only nail place I’ve found that actually takes the time to make your entire foot (well both of them) look great! Time and care is spent on cuticles, etc. This is the only place I’ll go for pedicures.

After waiting 40 minutes after our appointment time, we asked how much longer because we had lunch plans. We were told 10 minutes. 15 minutes passed, and they still hadn't started. They had 3 people working and had made our appt for 5 of us. The 2 10 year olds, got their pedicures, one after the other, we're 20 minutes each and charged $33 each. That is a lot for the kids. One person decided not to get a pedicure, and the two of us that remained got an express pedicure, but we were charged $33 and $38. For the express. There was no communication regarding the reason for the long wait until we commented on it and complained about the excessive pricing. Be careful if you are on a time and money budget. We were very disappointed.

Appointment for 11. Called days in advanced. Sat there until 11:45 no service. I work in this industry. Very disrespectful. If you can't be on time at least call your client and let them know.

I have been coming to this salon since 2013ish! I love this place and Wendy, Trish and the other ladies are like family to me. They have always been ready to help in more ways than a I can count and genuinely care about the services they provide. They stay on top of the latest trends and offer high quality services. I couldn’t dream of going somewhere else.

I absolutely love my nails! They look so good even still 2weeks later still shiny and sparkly. Definitely gonna be my new spot for nails and toes. They are so friendly and helpful. Well worth the money.

We went for nails. Not hair or laser stuff. Just nails. Couple reasons for the five stars. Firstly Wendy was a true professional. Also she was a fantastic conversationalist. A Portland local for 15 years if I recall ? Lovely to chat with. Besides that my nails came out perfect and are still going strong two weeks later. This place was super affordable compared to a lot of salons. Me and my partner were both pleasantly surprised with the bill at the end of our service. A very quaint little downtown oregon City business. Over all great. We will be back for sure.
