Horrible customer service. Rude people and unhelpful. Wont take my secondary insurances and make it impossible to be seen.

Dr. Bendert and her team are amazing but the office is seriously understaffed with the most money focused billing practices the office makes you feel as though the patient is not what’s important. I have been coming here since 2020 and truly value the care I have received from Dr. Bendert she is one of the best PCPs I have had. Her and her team are top notch. I have however had a bad experience with their scheduling and billing department that no practice has ever employed these policies. I was trying to book for my son Feb 2. This is so he can reestablish care. I informed scheduling and your billing office that his insurance will be in effect 2/1/24. I also have a letter from my benefits department stating that. They said they could not except this and cancelled his appointment, telling me I would have to call back on 2/1/24 which means he could have to wait until March to be seen. I then asked to book as though we were paying cash and if we had insurance effective by that time could we bill insurance and they told meNo. I just cannot believe the frustration of even getting through to make an appointment and now this. It is leading me to find care elsewhere unfortunate as that is. My son has been in the hospital since 11/19/23 and will need a immediate follow up post discharge. Now I guess we will have to get that somewhere else.

**THERE IS A SHARED DATABASE CLINICS USE TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU. All I wanted to do was establish care and renew the regimen my PCP had me on when he retired. My provider at NW Primary Care wanted to advance my care and wellness, and really wanted me on Cymbalta. Red flag. I took the Cymbalta and although it had a mild impact to pain in the upper back muscles, it did not address the source of the pain, it gelded me as a man, and my teeth grinding worsened to the point that chunks and slivers of teeth were/are breaking off. NWPC ultimately refused care to me after totally screwing up my health, THEN CAST ME INTO A SHARED DATABASE WHEREBY OTHER CLINICS ARE OPENLY RUDE AND REFUSE CARE. UNBELIEVABLE. NW PRIMARY CARE HAS DAMAGED ME SO MUCH I WOULD CONTRIBUTE TO THE LEGAL DEMOLITION OF THEIR DANGEROUS BUSINESS.Modern Medicine and Healthcare are treacherous wastelands nowadays. Total failures. They take money from people then judge them harshly, ruin their health and armband us with a database. The N.P. at NWPC proves that Medicine is a complete ruin in the U.S. She's a kind person but should not be directing medical care. NW Primary Care has totally ruined my life and what do they do about it? They judge me and prevent future care to me.NWPC proved that no N.P. should be prescribing narcotics because they have no idea what they're doing and here's proof of that: After an MRI and asking for something more potent than weak muscle relaxers for the pain, the N.P. prescribed the mildest analgesic and it worked. I followed the script strictly and used less than the maximum dosage, I communicated the first progress I've seen in 20 years, what my dosages were and thanked Kate. To my surprise, Kate responded with a finger wagging scold. She lectured me as if I was overusing it. I was so shocked and hurt that I promised to reduce the dosages by half even if pain called for more. Again, a scolding finger wag. Finally I gave my own finger wag back but that of course is unacceptable. I mean, I'm only paying good money and suffering from her destructive treatment. What right do I have to be frustrated. All I wanted to do was resume my old doctor's non-opiate regimen but a N.P. had to meddle and play real doctor. Now my pain is worse, my mood is worse, my spasms are worse, my whole mouth is ruined and I get treated like a criminal for asking for help with severe pain. Thanks, NW Primary Care.Don't try NW Primary Care. Don't see a N.P., P.A. or all the other rubbish letter-titles. Don't see a foreign M.D. If you're a man, not an androgynous male but an actual, masculine man, avoid mediocre women playing real doctor. Avoid androgynous male doctors if you're an actual man, like me. It's highly likely they haven't navigated a life by which they can relate at all. They probably don't know what it means to be a 'man of the house'. They surely have not used their bodies as hammers on the football field or broken bones playing sports with reckless abandon. If you are a man, it's difficult find one anymore but you have to find a bonafide doctor - one of those rare individuals who can direct your care but also deliver a baby, perform an appendectomy, dress a wound, set a broken bone, not just an M.D., etc.

Love Dr Tubman but trying to .navigate their phressia sign in system and zoom meetings and attempting to contact them is horrible... massively over .computerized understaffed frontdesk people. Just gave up trying to pull off a zoom appt because a wall of technology is just not doable when I have a 101 fever and am coughing my guts out while trying to stop the room from spinning... God please find them some reliable front desk help so we don't have to die trying to talk to these really great bunch of doctors. Off to Walgreens to try to find something there... no help from my doctor or the insurance I pay to have her available ( alledgedly) yes. It's the system... will sorry... I'm still frusterated...

Like Honey, like most of the office staff. Hate their Phreesia system. It's possibly one step up from smoke signals. The good: plenty of medical professionals to choose from, the lab is there, and there's on site physical therapy, with a great team. The bad: Wait times, even with their new 15 minutes before appt check in, can still take a while, and there's no reception in the office so you need their wifi. The ugly: Phreesia. If I didn't love seeing Honey and Ashely in the PT office, I would go elsehwere. Their medical scheduling software, portal, reminder system, all that is hands down the most useless thing in existence. Despite having two folks look at it, I get a call, an email, and a text message, one right after the other, to check in for my appointment. Two people have tried twice to get it to only do 1 of those 3, but it won't take. You can't schedule online. If you try, you'll be there for an hour, checking day by day by day for an appointment that doesn't exist, according to the system. If you call in, they'll find you the first available, and often Phreesia will tell you it's not. And that's with your preferred provider. The patient portal is slow and clunky, takes forever to load, won't let you change things, and half the time, if you reply to a message, it doesn't go through. It errors out, then you're supposed to screen shot it, make a NEW message, attach the image, and send it to the person you were simply trying to reply to. That way they can send it to IT and get it fixed. I get it happens to not everyone, but that seems like a lot of work around. And lastly, the check in process online is fairly smooth, it's more bad than ugly, except thaT Phreesia wants to gather information for more streamlined suggestions for healthcare. I.E. They want to collect your info and sell it. If you say yes, the little window goes away for a year. If you say no, it comes up every time you check in. I left a message with IT to see if they can fix it, but I'm not hopeful.

After arriving on time for my appointment, I was told the doctor (Dr. Saultz) had opted to cancel my appointment and reschedule, because I did not arrive fifteen minutes early and that was “not in line” with their policy. Understandably, if there was anything required for check-in to consume the fifteen minutes of my time in advance of my scheduled Appt, the response to my not arriving early may be more tolerable. That is not the case however, all check in is done online in advance now, and there was absolutely nothing I needed to do, I even point-blank asked the office staff if there was something outstanding I needed to do, and they said no. I work for a living, I take time off - after having to schedule months in advance for an opening - to try and fit healthcare into a busy schedule. This health”care” system is a joke, and NW Primary Care is a great comedian. I don’t see it as a big loss, previous experience with this provider & facility staff has been lack luster at best. Thank goodness I don’t have any serious health issues that actually needed attention during my appointment. Not that it will matter in the least to “my” doctor or the business, but instead of seeing Dr. Saultz and discussing health as planned, I used my time to change to a new primary care provider. Hope to get lucky on my next attempt at finding a health”care” provider in the sea of corporate washed, transaction-based docs out there.

Talking to staff on phone they are extremely rude. It's impossible to get refills sent to pharmacy, if you want to see your doctor plan on waiting a month. Because that's perfectly reasonable when you are sick, in pain or worse. Also they will turn you away if you are not there 15 minutes early. I ask how many times has patients waited for 15,20 45 min for a doctor? What a joke.

Although I continue to be a patient here for now, this practice is very hit-and-miss. Most of the providers are great! Others are absolutely not. They have recently started requiring patients to show up 15 minutes early for appointments, which I would understand...if the providers didn't take another 25 minutes to see you once you are in the room. This happens every visit without fail. So plan your time accordingly!Their online portal is a travesty. It is slow, you cannot see messages you have sent. To reply to a message you have to send a new one as the system won't let you reply in a thread. The online scheduling system does not work and you have to wait for 15-45 minutes on hold to schedule an appointment. The best way to get in is to send an urgent message and wait for the office to call you.The office itself is clean and nice and most of the staff is friendly with a few exceptions. Parking is very convenient. There is no cell reception/data reception, so ask for the wifi password at the front desk if you need internet access while you wait another 15-25 minutes to be seen.If you choose to go here, there are some upsides, especially if you live nearby. Good luck!

I liked my doctor but they cancelled on me via message and didn't think to call me so I drove 30 min to get here only to be turned away. I just wanted to see my primary care doctor but they wouldn't let me see her after a car accident.

Dr. Kristen Bendert is amazing. She takes the time to really understand the issue and to explore all the treatment options. The entire staff at the Oregon City clinic have been absolutely wonderful. I cannot recommend this team enough!

My family and I have seen several providers and we love them! Dr. Bendert and Dr. Dart are professional, approachable and caring! They take their time to listen, provide support and answer our questions and concerns. Scheduling has been smooth and the check in process easy. A big heartfelt thank you for taking such great care of our family!

Called to set up primary care and they told me I need to have “a medical concern” to establish care. So there needs to be something wrong to see a doctor…it’s called preventative care. My husband established care with them a year ago, but I couldn’t.
