Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever had to deal with. Everyone above the tellers positions do not have the time for any questions, small talk, concerns or anything that they feel is not worth their time. When I leave there after not getting my business done, I feel ashamed and angry, that's all they have to offer anymore.

Wouldn’t allow me to deposit check and get 200$ of a 2700$ check back in cash because in an airborne pandemic and being immune compromised I wear a mask to protect myself and others. I had deposited here and received cash back while wearing a mask previously. Even after talking to the assistant branch manager they cited theft concerns as the reason. I have been a regular member of OnPoint for many years and I am incredibly upset and disappointed in this interaction. If you’re a disabled or immune compromised person do not come here. Extremely saddened by this treatment as if my legal forms of ID, etc are not enough. Disgusted by how I was treated like a thief when I just wanna live.

Unable to obtain Branch managers name or phone number for the branch through the general call center number posted on the website. Customer Service no service. Do not even deserve a single star. Now the call center wants my member number just to give me a phone number.

Not a very reliable bank, they are always closed when we need them. They should also update there ATM machines so you don't have to make multiple transactions over and over. You should be able to get it all done in one go.

The last place I want to receive conflicting information from is a bank. I was told one thing and then go in today it was a whole different story. l have been a member for a long time before they were OnPoint. But it appears it may be time to part ways. There seems to be lots of people working here but most of the time there is only 1 teller and a line. Looking around the others are visiting in cubicles and not paying attention. I would say more customer service and attention to detail is needed.

Can I rate any lower with my experience with the desk person amber being so rude to me when i just wanted my transaction limit raised a couple hundred bucks to pay rent and she said no and when i asked multiple times to talk to a manager she finaly said she would and just put me on hold and never transfered me

my wife and I own a roofing company, and we decide to open accounts for the business and kids, so after a 4 months of having ac there, they decide to cancel or cards because we were using to much money everyday, they worse is that every time my wife go and deposit and take money out they give my wife the faces and treat my wife like if she was committing a crime, we feel very descriminate by one specific lady, that I will share her name if need it. we close account and went to different bank. i will never recommend onpoint credit union in oregon city.

Rude staff and they act like customers are an annoyance!! They are not helpful and apparently most of them have graduated from the school of; "I'm better than you and your a pesky annoyance and your ignorant!" I mean isn't that their job to HELP customers??? Here's a tipper Onpoint; When you help someone don't treat them as if their stupid!!!

Great place to bank. Very attentive to customer service. Hardly ever have a very long wait. Highly recommend having them as a bank for all your financial needs. Thumbs up all the way around.

I do not appreciate the compliance with state and federal mandates regarding the pandemic. State and federal mandate cannot overrule constitutional law, liberties, and freedoms.
