Just paid for most expensive car wash there ($15) and it looks horrible. Super smeared and spotty. Worst wash I've gotten anywhere. Doesn't even look clean. Tried to buff it out when I got home and didn't work.

The car wash machine damaged my car by passenger side near the antenna area. I spoke with the manager and he doesn’t want to do nothing about it. I’m sorry doesn’t fix anything. This is my first and last time I will be coming here. This is a bad way to run a business.

Usually good, I’m an Uber driver on weekends and this is my usual spot. Today for some reason the triple foam did not go on nor did the polish light inside. I parked and asked what happened but was met by a super hostile Taylor that tripped up as I came near the office space I had my receipt. He took a really long time probably reviewing footage. I asked another employee for my receipt and Taylor comes out with an even bigger attitude, way too big for his size and yells to just go back around I said nevermind with that attitude. I was not asking for a refund as I got a service but not the right one. He responded by kicking me out and I left shocked.

Usually pretty good but today horrible. Bought ultimate wash and $10 tip, plus ceramic upgrade and I get home and whole back of truck is still dirty. Don't know if management changed or what. After paying $27 for a car wash, I had to wash it at home.

this is the second car this place has ruined my paint job on. I haven't gone in a couple of years to this business because of it happening before. I was in a hurry this time and should have known better. And it's the type of damage to the paint that won't just buff out. AVOID...
