The workers are incompetent. When a customer comes in, get the order for them. Do your job. They stand behind the counter and make you wait, then make you gather all the items together. It's not my job to get everything together!! Do your job. Lazy workers. Find another job. Food is average as well. Put some pride in your work!! Everything costs so much also!

Grabbed a few pizzas for dinner with the sides and utilize their discount when buying two or more sides you get them two for 10. Got a cheesy bread and Italian style salad which was fantastic. I also tried for the first time a stuffed pizza and I got the meat lovers. It's got five meats in it and it's a double layered Pizza which is essentially a piece of style calzone. Fantastic, I do recommend it and I will be having it again. Just be sure you pay attention to the directions as the stuffed pizzas cook at 350 degrees not 425 so don't burn your beautiful Pizza.Great staff here at the Oregon City location, looking forward to seeing them again as I welcome their amazing assistance with a delicious dinner when we take-out big bad & beautiful pizza home to the Fam again as soon as possible.Thanks again brothers and sisters!We appreciate y'all working so very hard in order for us not to have to.

I called in my order at 4:45 I was told 25-30 minutes after waiting In line 15 minutes to pay and pick up at 530 I was told it's still not ready! Why have people call in if your not going to have it ready! The line was ridiculous. Will never go here on a Friday night again!

I’ve never had a problem with this location and the employees were very nice and I felt bad for them but I will never get pizza here on Halloween night again. There has just got to be a better way to navigate a huge crowd of people and pizzas. Waited over an hour to pickup a pre-paid, pre-ordered pizza at the window. There just needed to be better organization, that was a terrible experience for me.

Ordered on line on 10/31. A good 30 ppl waiting inline for online order. Telling everyone to wait outside but seeing ppl go in without waiting in line with all others. Ridiculous. Hope your better prepared next year.

I have had many experiences at this location, most of the time it goes smoothly. I always use the online order feature, I know that the online ordering does not give accurate time estimations because it does not take into account how busy the location is, that's not a store problem but a software issue. This store needs to work smarter not harder. There have been a couple recent times I went to pickup my pre-paid pizza and they couldn't find it. After five-ten minutes of looking, they said it was found in a fridge/cooler in the back. Most recently, it was Halloween, the store was swamped with online orders. Honestly, the workers were cranking out the pizzas super fast, they were doing a great job. But, they didn't have a great system to get the pizzas to customers. I ordered 2 pizzas at 12:40 for a 2:00 pickup, but went in to pick it up at 3:25, figuring they would definitely be ready. The line was 20-30 people deep, I waited in line for 35 minutes, then when I got to the front one of my pizzas was lost. I waited 20 more minutes for them to look for it and eventually make a new one. During this time, the line grew to at least 60 people long. When the pizzas are made, they are put on a shelf with a receipt, in seemingly no order. The workers were simply struggling to find the orders because of disorganization. The manager should have stepped in and figured out a better system.

So I called the manager and told her that she needs to look into why there machine would not take my food card my card worked fine everywhere else I called and it still had 400 on it but the manager was very rude and kept telling me it’s cause of my card when I knew it wasn’t is all I wanted her to say was I will look into why my machine didn’t take it but she was such a bit… that I will be telling all my friends about the very poor service I got from there manager so bring cash or your going to starve if there machine decides to not work get a clue papa Murphy’s you need new machines

I think we will not be going back due to just wanted a new York with to meats and regular crust I no it comes with thin crust and I was willing to pay a little extra but $10 dallors for crust and one meat is crazy. pizza was $9.99 this is so wrong very unhappy.

Beware if ordering on behalf of someone - their systems cannot handle that and could send your order to a different location or not even at all - despite a credit card charge showing that has to be be back charged.
