Great place, staff are great.
Except the nightshift guy, been going here for years and he's the only sourpuss. Just started working there not to long ago, if you don't like your job then go somewhere else.

This was a FANTASTIC place to shop, once upon a time... Slightly before "The Pandemic" is when "Mr. Plaid" started making TERRIBLE BUSINESS DECISIONS... After just 2-3 short years after deciding to change tactics and changing for the better, in an attempt (which was SUCCESSFUL!!..) to attract/entice more/ new customers to come into their doors, in particular, they specifically targeted the smokers that simply shop wherever they could find the best price for their smokes. Prior to this change, they were THE VERY LAST place a bargain-shopping smoker would visit. However, everything changed when they dramatically lowered their prices and started calling themselves a "Discount Tobacco Store," and it WORKED!!! Suddenly, they became the go-to spot for smokers to not only buy their smokes, but any other needs they did not want to go to a grocery store for. Then, after only a couple of short years, they suddenly changed the prices on their smokes back to the over-priced cost they had been, forcing smokers to once again shop elsewhere... And now, recently, THEY REMOVED THE BEST TASTING SODA FLAVOR THE WORLD HAD EVER SEEN: "Goji(berry)-Citrus, Strawberry Mt. Dew", and they replaced it with LEMONAID!!! EEWWW!!! THAT DELICIOUS SODA-POP WAS THE LAST THING THAT STILL BROUGHT ME INTO THAT STORE, THE ONLY GOOD THING THEY HAVE LEFT, IS ONE OF THEIR CLERKS: GINGER, THAT WOMAN IS A FREAKING ROCKSTAR!!! SHE IS THE SOLE-REASON WHY I DID NOT ONLY GIVE THEM 1-★, WITHOUT GINGER, THEY TRULY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO OFFER TO ANYONE!!!!!

Really nice helpful staff in a nice and quiet location with no real trouble only thing to keep in mind is if you see a sign on the door that says be right back or back in 10 that just means there on break I asked an employee who very nicely explained it:)

Is this place ever open? Hours should not say 24/7. Been here 3x now and each time has a sign on the door that says "back in 10min" with the cashier on the phone hanging out behind the register. Be warned, if you try to go most likely it won't be open.

I go to this location often in the Morning. The AM manager is the best. I can’t remember the other ones name that works in the AM but I know she is off on tuesdays and wednesdays. Both her and the Manager and her always greet me with a smile and a hello. If I have been having a bad day, I always leave this store with a smile! Thanks for having an awesome crew in the morning. Makes my day!!!

(Female, 16) I walked in there not having the best day and walked out crying. I’m really depressed and have anxiety, (to give a little context). On top of that I’m getting kicked out of my government assisted housing on the 20th, and was down to my last 10$. Anyway, I was going in the store to get coffee, my mom paid for it and went outside, I grabbed a couple of the FREE creamer cup things, and the lady said “the creamers are 10¢ each.” “So don’t grabbed a handful”. I literally had like 5, 2 French vanilla and 3 chocolate. I had to go out to my moms car and get a 5$, and then I ran back in the store threw the 5$ on the table and left. It obviously wasn’t that expensive but since she wants to be so dramatic abt it then fine. They prolly aren’t even 10¢, I’ve never ever been told that. Why was she staring at me anyway??? I’m broke. My day is now 10x worse than it already was. Thanks. It’s Tuesday Jan 18th - 4:12pm, so go say hi!!

There's a lady that was working at The plaid pantry on redland road on July 3rd between the time of 1:00 and 1:30 I don't know her name but she kicked me out of the store because the other day she was rude and let somebody cut in front of me and I said something I want to put a big complaint in on her I think it's very very rude she didn't even give me a chance to apologize for something which is fine because they're just really rude there

It’s hard to believe that at 52 years old and look 62 they will not sell me cigarettes because I chose to renew my license online. The DMV gives you a page to print to use as a temporary identification while your new one is in the mail. Idiots!!
