We have two units as we move out of state and our aunt follows us from Washington. They have been great with coordinating availability and upsizing as things came available. Clean secure, easy to get to.

Great location and a variety of storage unit sizes. Easy access and secure. I’ve rented off and on for 4-5 years and never had a problem. Obviously I’m happy with this place because I’m a repeat customer.

This is my first time renting at Oregon City Public Storage. Kayelanni at the office did a fantastic job working with me and helping me finish all that I needed to do to get checked in.
I am 76 years old, retired from owning multiple businesses.
If I was still in business and needed a good employee, I would want to have Kayelanni as one of my members of my team.

I rented a storage unit from this place on Tuesday afternoon and realized I didn't need it and did not even put anything in it. The refused to refund.me my money. They scammed me!!!

They are raising our rent by $100 every few months - we started out paying $215 then it went to $315 and now they are raising it again to $395. We haven’t even been there a year. And will be leaving obviously because this increase will happen every few months from here on out. They offer low prices to get you in and then they raise them and keep raising them to get you out I guess. Luckily there are other storage places that don’t operate like a scam. Will be sharing this on other review sites as this review will be buried. Go elsewhere- not worth the hassle of being price gauged and see other reviews about them doing the same thing. Their response says it all. They don’t care and will never change or stop this scam.
