They sold me a broke gun and when they said they would fix it they charged me $50 and didn’t the gun and expenses cost me $400 I spent A entire summer working and saving up for that gun bought it and it’s broke you guys suck and I hope you go out of business

Purchased a saber for son for christmas 2023. It was great for 1 month at which point it stopped working. Followed their email RMA process and received no response after 7 months. Calls to store just redirect to email which is unresponsive. Great product. Awful customer service. Do not buy. I have a sad son and wasted hundreds of dollars.

I cannot believe how wonderful the customer service is with this company. The product is AMAZING. It has way more than I expected, and we could only really afford the basic product, I was shocked at how MUCH the lightsaber we got had. It’s INCREDIBLE. We did have a minor manufacturer defect in the blade. Not only did they instantly say they were sending a replacement, but they sent a back up just in case. I had one person dealing with my purchase the entire time and they really went the extra mile to make my kiddo’s birthday present special. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Weird store! We came into the store on a Saturday intending to buy a saber but were completely alone in there for 20 minutes. Eventually we heard people in the other room quietly mumbling. I guess it was an employee with a couple friends or something. Acted like we didn’t exist so we just left.

Extremely fast order shipping, Excellent email communication, prompt troubleshooting and the shoto saber is the only base lit lightsaber to survive my Levi lightsaber test.

TLDR: Went to Saberforge and all we got was this sticky note. Weird and bad experience. Don't go here.
Recently went here (drove 30 mins) so my partner could build a custom lightsaber for his birthday. We read the reviews on bad customer service but figured it was an off day and we could still walk out with a saber. We were greeted upon arrival and asked why we were there but were told to look at the options on the wall and pick out stuff and then bring it up and otherwise were totally ignored. My partner figured out what he wanted and brought it up only to find out they had no parts in-store and they would have to order all the parts to be sent in 2-4 weeks. We were disappointed but said okay, this place is supposed to have a good product so sure.
The employee/maybe owner (there were 2 people there) proceeded to look up stuff on their own website and we found out that half the parts we picked out were out of stock or discontinued (why not sell us the last physical one that we were holding if it's discontinued since you don't need it?) And that we could put our email into their website to wait for a drop since the part is popular (why not place an order for the part for us?). My partner then had to repick out a bunch of parts and totally changed what he wanted originally so we could get something ordered that day. Then, when we had finally clarified everything and found parts in stock to be ordered, they handed us the pictured sticky note and told us to order the parts on their website and moved on to the next customer! The employee never talked us through electronics, blade colors or length or anything else. No total price (since all the parts on the wall they told us had old stickers and weren't in order so had no idea how much we were spending)
We got home and then found out 1 more part we had gotten written down was out of stock. In addition, the switch they had claimed was discontinued we found on another site.
We are now working to find what we want from another supplier. For a store with a passionate and speciality customer base, these people did not care at all and basically were the equivalent of "F you, you'll give us your money anyways." You have the potential to create a great experience for an audience that will pay good money for it if you cared even 10%. Do better.

Nathan was a wonderful sales rep. No pressure to choose. He let me look through the entire inventory without hassle! Very helpful when it came down to the differences in electronics and parts. Only down side was the lack of inventory which wasn’t his fault at all! Do recommend coming and checking things out!

10/10 experience. Unbelievable time. Be ready to spend some time on decisions. Excited for my next visit
