Had GREAT service today from Christian! Sold us just what we needed to stain our fence with our power roller and mixed the stain. We're now ready to go tomorrow. He even carried the 5 gallon cans to and from our car for my wife. Service like THAT is why we use SW for all of our painting needs.

They did a spectacular job matching my old paint. It's oil based enamel, so I was apprehensive, but it came out great!

Big shout out to Tanner F. @ the Oregon City store, not only did he answer all of my questions but he also helped me get the right stain for my deck but also the color swatches for paintcolors.He never stopped smiling thru out the whole transaction.

This particular Sherwin Williams is not good for non-professionals1) Out of 4 gallons NONE were mixed enough, raw pigment In large streaks in each. And unfortunately it's in the sides so even after stirring found more streaks2) Gave the completely wrong color (and since it was pulled from the system) I am worried others will have the same experienc, since apparently it's wrong in their system, but they didn't seem to care.3) When looking for Eg Shel they simply said they didn't have it even after I was asking what about in different tiers. It is available for Emerald Designer. Which is what we wanted.4) very unprofessional. I went in and ordered a gallon. Then three other professional painters came in. They each got their paint before me even though I was there beforehand. They also are swearing, making fun of customers and other employees in front of the clients.
