“Great customer service. They had everything we needed for my daughter's first year in softball and then some. And there is a batting cage in the back you can practice in. We will be back for future sporting needs!”

“Great location. Fishing and camping equipment selection is actually quite impressive. Lots of good deals and sales going on throughout the year that keep me coming back! They could improve a little bit in the shoe and boot department but everything else is pretty solid. Fishing staff is pretty knowledgeable on reels and rods which makes for a great shopping experience if you’re short on time.”

“Anthony is amazing and I highly recommend him for racquet restringing! As someone who knows nothing about tennis strings, Anthony was able to address the issues I was having with my old strings and recommended a new set up that complimented my playing style. His quick turnaround allowed me to use it in a match a few hours later and I’m very pleased!Excellent work ??”

“Exemplary. A prime example of how businesses should be run. Fair prices, good variety, outstanding product support, very amicable team. They will have my repeat business most assuredly, as well as my friends, co-workers and family members as a result of me boasting about what a great place Portland Kayak Company is! :)”

“Got three balls drilled there. Asked about my current balls that I am using. Asked what I had in mind for the news ones as far as how I want to play them. Looked up a brand new ball that was just released to refresh on the specs. Drilled them promptly, then gave me 45 mins on the lanes to test them. Really thorough and personable experience.”

“The service at this place is unparalleled. My husband, son (7) and I walked in and were immediately greeted with a friendly face and ton of knowledge! We each got a personalized lesson--even my son-- and learned plenty about archery so that we'll be able to enjoy our bows outside with ease. Cannot speak highly enough about this place. These people go out of their way to educate you and make sure all of your questions are answered without making you feel stupid for not knowing anything. HIGHLY recommend.”

“Very knowledgeable team, excellent service, they keep a small inventory so sometimes you need to place an order. Convenient location in Sellwood. Had what I needed without having to go to a big box store.”

“Great location and the employees are helpful, not pushy, and willing to grab one more size or style. I highly recommend going through the fit finder process as it's very worthwhile - I had no idea that I had a high arch and needed inserts!”

“This store is my favorite shop of all time, I always cone here when I need new D&D books and dice. It also sells board games, action figures, MTG, Pokémon, comics, and SO much more! It's staff members are very good and helpful and it has amazing service. 5 stars it's my favorite store.”

“Located at Clackamas Town Center, the Duck store caters exclusively to the University of Oregon faithful. It's a small store that has a little bit of memorabilia, a good amount of gifts, and a lot of apparel. The selection seems limited but there are nice pieces from time to time. The clearance section is never well stocked and the men's selection can be slim pickings. The children section is pretty decent and has some fun items that work well for babies, and dedicated sections of potential toys for youngins. I found the store to be more useful for small items such as keychains, magnets, and the occasional rare Oregon swag. They also have seasonal items such as socks, hats and sunglasses. A lot of the items found in store can be found also online and can be arranged to be picked up in the store or delivered directly to any address. It's just more fun buying it here because of the no sales tax. Customer service is solid although because of how casual and slow the store is, one might not even notice they're there at all. The parking is shared with the mall parking lot and it's never busy in here. Even though the chances of me walking out of here with something is unlikely, It is still nice to see what they have if I can't find any other duck store in close proximity. Go Ducks!”

“Great staff, very kind and helpful. Hometown Sports is a go-to for many of our friends, local businesses, and schools. We've had hats and shirts made here for our school PTA and they've turned out wonderfully every time. Reasonable pricing as well, and a reasonable turn-around time. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Hometown Sports ♡”

“I personally don't own any shoes from this store (yet) but would highly recommend coming in here and talking with the staff. Heather has an extensive knowledge in orthopedics and can answer just about any question you may have about your feet. She's thorough and takes her to assess your feet and you can learn so much just chatting with her! Since the store is considered Medical, you have 7 days to return if you're not satisfied and "insurance is only covered if you're diabetic." They also accept HSA cards which is great! I'm really glad I found this place and will definitely plan to come back.”

Her help allowed me to save over 2 hours on the phone in comparison to other companies :)I will definitely come back every time I need anything sports related.”

“I love the Oregon Columbia Factory Stores! Always better than others out of the PDX area. Especially outside Oregon. There's a ton of great options when the clearance and 70% off deals are on. For small kids to adults. From winter wool, fleece to regular socks to hats and beanies. Covered from head to toe, gear, and every store has a bit different things. The only bummer is that they used to check other stores in the area for items wanting to purchase. Then it would be sent to the store shopped at for me (customer). They did it once for me for a jacket. Maybe it was just that one time. The only available store that had it was over an hour away. I really wish that was still possible. It wasn't available online either. I would have prepaid for it. I understand some people might ask for it then not pick it up for purchase...Even if there was a purchase item over $100 bucks. I can understand that. Would give 5 * if they still did that. My jacket was over $100 for sure. But that was 50% off. Definitely an awesome deal!”

“So why was I here on the far side of Portland yesterday? The answer is that this is one of the few places I can buy a 2X Tall shirt for my big boned son. This Eddie Bauer is located within a the large and disorienting Clackamas Town Center. That means that all I wanted to do is get in, find the place, buy the shirts, and get out ASAP. Yet, while I was here, the selection was decent, the clearance pricing was tempting, and our mission was accomplished.”

“Nice folks working this afternoon. Jensen and his coworker helped me find just what I was looking for, a neck warmer and with smiles on their faces. Plus a greeting when you entered. Also, the item was the same price as the internet and you could examine it before you buy it. Good job.”

“I have the black and gold A3 pro series fielding glove. This glove surprised me. For $180, I'm getting true Japanese kip leather and high quality craftsmanship. Seen only on the pro scale counterparts of the heart of the hide or Wilson A2000. Both are significantly more expensive. Where this glove shines is that the pocket is made to accommodate a male softball. This glove is perfect for those Wilson and Rawlings baseball lovers looking for a firm and true softball glove, without having to go with a baseball outfield glove. The hidden gem of softball gloves. I love that this business is home grown and supports the local softball community. I'm looking forward to seeing the evolution of these gloves and hope to see if they can cut the weight down just a bit on them. Extremely happy and incredibly impressed!”

“I’ve been lap swimming for over 50 years. In the old days I had to live with leaky goggles, goggle eyes and sore eye sockets. Since I discovered barracuda goggles, specifically b300’s, those days are gone. The most comfortable goggles I’ve ever had. Don’t know what I’d do if they stopped making them. Not no fog but I use the included liquid and fogging isn’t a problem.”

“Ariel the manger took care of Me for twenty minutes. She helped me Find my husband a jacket. She has to pull from the back. And shirts, the same! She was fantastic. And Thelma helped me at the counter and she equally was fantastic. Thank you all so much for such great service!!”

“Great little, local powerlifting and strongman gym with everything you need. The specialty equipment is top-notch and available at the lab.The lab can get a little crowded in the afternoon, but nothing compared to your average commercial gym. The energy and support is great when people are around, and the 24/7 access is a bonus. The coaching and programming has been incredible. I have decent natural movement patterns, but had sports injuries (ACL and Achilles) in my 20s and 30s, both resulting in surgery. How I used to train, the injuries, and my skeletal structure resulted in dealing with a lot of chronic, moderate pain in my knee and shoulders. The coaching and monthly program helped eliminate my knee issues and reduce my shoulder issues to the point I've hit some record-setting squats and bench.”

“Stopped in to buy a pair of 72" boot laces. I was met immediately by a store employee who found out what I wanted and told me exactly where to go. When I got there, ANOTHER employee was already looking for me (hand-held radio FTW!) and pointed out the laces. At the counter, I fumbled around for several minutes trying to find my Membership Card. The cashier employee was totally unflustered and helped me find my info on the computer. Total sale price? $3.95 I felt like I had bought a canoe, a tent, and an entire campsite filled with extras! This level of customer service is WONDERFUL.”
