Plus, I get tired of buying things online that end up not fitting well and having to deal with returning them, so our family only buys when they can try the shoes on first. They usually have some good buy one get one sale and their kids sale section in the back room is always full of good stuff. They carry quality brands like See Kai Run and Bobux. The blonde salesperson who has helped us the past few times is friendly and helpful.”
“I love the Oregon Columbia Factory Stores! Always better than others out of the PDX area. Especially outside Oregon. There's a ton of great options when the clearance and 70% off deals are on. For small kids to adults. From winter wool, fleece to regular socks to hats and beanies. Covered from head to toe, gear, and every store has a bit different things.The only bummer is that they used to check other stores in the area for items wanting to purchase. Then it would be sent to the store shopped at for me (customer). They did it once for me for a jacket. Maybe it was just that one time.The only available store that had it was over an hour away. I really wish that was still possible. It wasn't available online either. I would have prepaid for it. I understand some people might ask for it then not pick it up for purchase...Even if there was a purchase item over $100 bucks. I can understand that. Would give 5 * if they still did that. My jacket was over $100 for sure. But that was 50% off. Definitely an awesome deal!”
“I personally don't own any shoes from this store (yet) but would highly recommend coming in here and talking with the staff. Heather has an extensive knowledge in orthopedics and can answer just about any question you may have about your feet. She's thorough and takes her to assess your feet and you can learn so much just chatting with her! Since the store is considered Medical, you have 7 days to return if you're not satisfied and "insurance is only covered if you're diabetic." They also accept HSA cards which is great! I'm really glad I found this place and will definitely plan to come back.”
“The staff here made my son feel like a complete superstar shopping for back to school shoes. They were so helpful grabbing sizes(it took us a while) and just so nice! They had some deal that if you bought a pair of shoes it was 30% off a book bag.They had a decent selection of Van shoes and clothing as well. Reasonable prices per usual Van prices, just a Really nice spot ? Highly recommend if your looking for Van's.Also the fellow at the cash had the most contagious laugh and I give him 5 stars alone!”

“I just wanted to say that Janette is one of the MOST amazing humans I’ve ever experienced! My mother and I took my 3 year old son on a little daddy son day at mall and stopped by your store to try some sandals on. Instead we walked out 2 pairs of Hoka’s (which I’ve never experienced before) and 2 dress shoes for my mom. She was so freaking kind! She talked with us for a long time about family, then she gave me my first foot measurement and I found out I have extra wide feet!Give this woman a raise! Or a bunch of cookies ? “Tualatin store you rock. My son had a defective pair of Ariats. The associate helping him was extremely helpful and settled the transaction. There was nothing in the store to exchange with defective pair so he refunded it on a gift card and I re-bought the new pair on line this morning. Couldn't have asked for more. “My friend and I were at this store on Friday Aug. 12th around the early evening. An unfortunate event was occurring where a customer needed medical assistance. I can’t express enough how well the man dealing with the situation handled himself. All of the workers were doing such a great job, but whoever was the one on the phone with emergency services absolutely deserves some recognition. He was so calm, kind, and respectful to the customer needing help. He took initiative of the situation and really was the only one doing anything helpful. We didn’t end up buying anything, but we saw lots of stuff we loved and great prices!”

“As a customer:Really great shoe store for anyone getting their first heel to their 50th pair. The sizes are limited (5W to 10W, sometimes 11) but the prices are unbeatable. Other stores like Windsor and Pacsun sell some of the same brands of shoes for double the price. The owner is also the sweetest person ever. I lost count of how many shoes I own from Trend Shoes. Lots of styles from tie-up heels to glittery sandals and thigh high boots. I think there’s something here for anyone looking for shoes. Just can be hard to have your size sometimes (especially if you have smaller or larger feet, because those sizes sell out quickly).As an employee:Fun place to work at and all the coworkers are lovely. Super flexible hours and nice discount on everything! The hardest part is dealing with entitled customers which can be really difficult and mood-dampening. But this is a fun job and I’m glad it was my first! ☺️”
“I just went in to Loft at the Clackamas town center to look for slacks to wear to my new job. For reference, I am about 6’0” tall, and I have looked everywhere for slacks that fit. I came in today and the women that helped me out were so kind, looked up every single pant I tried on to ensure they came in talls, and took the time to point out pants in store that ran long. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be back the next time I need business casual wear!”

“I just got to Portland for work and I needed new work boots and after being on the road for so long I didn't have a chance to get new work boots. I called this location to see if they had what I wanted in stock. They did not. Brant drove to another location and picked up the boots I was looking for after his shift ended on his time and brought them to his store the next day. He had everything I requested when I came to pickup my order. Talk about service! I wish I worked with people who were as dedicated as Brant. Kudos to Brant! If you're looking for anything at this location Brant is your go to there. Great job Brant!”
