I stopped on today around 3 for what I thought would be a quick visit, which ended up turning into a 4 hour visit, to switch my SIM card and data to my replacement phone, The whole time I was there Nadeen and Julio were so nice and welcoming and unbothered that I was hanging out with them for so long.

The guys that were working on 7.7.23 were really mean to me (f25) for some reason. I'm really shy and nervous in public and they did not make it anymore comfortable. Both employees would interrupt me and tease me. I was talking about how glad I was that I didn't have to trade in my phone and they got real serious and said, "You have to! Don't you remember that conversation from earlier?" Then started laughing about how gullible I was. I felt bullied. At one point I downloaded the wrong TMobile app and one of them laughed and said, "You fail." My roommate (m29) noticed they were only doing it to me. We couldn't figure out why they were so rude to me and not him. I'm definitely going to try to go to a different store to buy my phone. Side note, the internet is not as good as Comcast unfortunately. The shop was nice, I just wished it had a little self serve water station for how long it takes.

Okay, as of Feb 17, 2023, my phone wasn't working due to the nationwide outage. Speaking with other coworkers in the office, many that had T-Mobile's service, some had issues some didn't. Other people on different carriers didn't suffer any problems. I immediately went into the Oregon City location and spoke with Liz and Julio. They assured me that it would be corrected soon. Then after a few more days I went in again. This time I spoke with Justin and Cody, both also super helpful. Although my phone was not working, I was assured it work fix itself out. Then finally, today, after long wait time on the phone the team there (Julio) was able to fix the issue with T-Mobile's technical support team and got my phone with a number with which I have had for 28 years (when it was Voicestream). Thank you guys. I understand technology. Sometimes things go down, sometimes there's down time. It's how you react or respond to the situation. Again thanks.

Staff at T-Mobile in OC are incompetent....don't know how to use the jump program, confusing guidance/knowledge among the staff, tried to up sell is, add lines, we just walked out and will to the Clackamas store.....

Leaving now having my day ruined. Came here earlier and was told about the watch promotion saying it was only a few extra dollars a month. Had to leave for an emergency and rushed back for them to tell me there's a down-payment of over 100$. I wish they'd have been more upfront. Seemed pretty unsorry. They even added the line while I was gone and called me twice to see how long I was going to take when I said I'd definitely be back today. Bad experience for sure.

I'm a t-mobile customer and I've been working with them for months and I got to say that the magenta max plan is going to be your best choice for a affordable price and plan not to mention a free phone when you switch a year of Netflix on them plus more you just have to see it for yourself to believe it and trust me you won't be disappointed I guarantee...

Awesome service! After dealing with 'customer service' many times and getting nowhere, I took my Gateway (home internet) to the store and it was fixed in 5 minutes.

I had the pleasure of working with Jake at this location and he went above and beyond to get me setup on T-Mobile cell service and TMobile home internet. I was transferring my service over from Xfinity mobile and Xfinity makes it very hard to transfer your service smoothly so I was stressed out while doing this at the store. Jake was super patience and was the most positive store employee I think I've ever dealt with. He successfully helped me get my service over to T-Mobile and I honestly wasn't even thinking about buying their Home Internet service but have been thinking about ditching Xfinity home internet/tv as well. Jake didn't pressure me and just sold me that it was a free 14 day trial, so I took the Modem home and it works great. Also, there store manager literally offers to come to your home if you have trouble setting the home internet up. Wow! The verdict is T-Mobile home internet has decent speeds. It's 100mbps at its top speed and 60mbps at its slowest depending on where I'm located in my home. I did self install, piece of cake. This store is awesome and ask for Jake to help you. Actually all their employees were super friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

Website messed up an eSIM transition (or failed to warn me before deactivating the old eSIM that eSIM was no longer an option), helpful staff at the store did get me on a physical SIM in minutes but if the site wasn't broken (help chat gave me dead links and told me to click buttons that didn't exist while trying to help) I would never have had to go there.Shorter: 4 stars is for this location and its staff I'd give T-Mobile itself like 3 stars on this one. Maybe 2.

Worst experience of any Tmobile! All the employees are friendly and helpful, but the manager was heard talking down on another employee that wasn't present, calling him a drunk and how he hides his breath from customers. This is rude and not leadership qualities. He seems to be arrogant and not serious about his job.
