I've never seen a veterinary clinic so unbelievably helpful and kind towards animals the way they are here. You could tell that Dr. Henson and the assistant were passionate about their jobs and that they truly care about your kitty. They took amazing care of my cat, and were so gentle and patient with her even when she was acting spicy. Dr. Henson is amazing at her job and had amazing advice to give. I'll be recommending this place to every cat owner I know!!

I took my very shy cat (Lucy)to have her nails trimmed today and M.J. went above and beyond to make Lucy comfortable. I'm so thankful for the care and patience M.J. had with Lucy as this made her visit to the vet a much more mellow and positive experience. Thank you SO MUCH!!!

We love this clinic for our little lady! They're always so sweet and attentive with her, even when she is being extra spicy and difficult. Dr. Henson is fantastic and the rest of her staff are always so kind when I ask a dozen questions and call with paranoid cat mom concerns. Hands down, the best place we could ever possibly take our kitty!

Took Samantha in for a nail clip. Receptionist was very busy but had time to greet Samantha personally. Dr. Henson wasn't in the day of our visit. Her team of assistants were very professional and extremely affectionate. Samantha is a Polydactyl Cat ( 6 toes on each of her feet). She has some double claws grown together. Needless to say she is not fond of nail trimming. I can't believe how well they handled the task. Well done !!!Floyd L.

They seem to have too many patients and not enough time to keep them organized. Worst experience we’ve ever had trying to get information from a Vet. Lost all records of our cats medication, took forever to get a refill, told we’d receive calls from the Vet that never came. Front staff seems fairly apathetic.

We have been taking our cats here for over 6 years now and Dr. Henson and her staff have all been caring, professional and amazing. We had a cat who had been born diabetic and we had received advice before bringing her to Dr. Henson that had her blood sugar and weight too high. Dr. Henson advised us on food and medication and Shadow's weight and blood sugar came down and she lived many years beyond what our original vet thought she would, thanks to Dr. Henson. Dr. Henson is one of those people who keeps looking at what is being discovered in vet medicine and treatment to continually improve what she can offer her patients and I so appreciate that. She cares very deeply for all the animals brought to her and we couldn't imagine taking our pets anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Henson and staff for the amazing care you take with our furry brood!!

Dr. Henson and staff have done an excellent job working on my cats. Everything from wellness exams, to partial blockage on my 16 pound boy, to working on and referring to a specialist for my 15 pound boy who has a cancerous tumor and eye removal. Both boys are healthy and cancer free for one. Also compassionate when my little girl had to be put down. I highly recommend her and her cat clinic.

The only place any cat person should take their cat. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. They treat our furry friends like family.

Negligent, rude, unwilling to listen to her patients. Would not allow us in the room, cat was very sick and she did not do anything to help, he died as a result of lack of treatment, as the emergency vet stated that he should have been xrayed when we first went. She's a cat killer who is lazy and money grubbing.

I just brought my 2 cats here, and I immediately felt uncomfortable because I called ahead to make the appointment and mentioned that my cat doesn't do well smelling unfamiliar dogs. She said that's ok it's a cat only vet, then I arrived as the vet was as taking her husky (dog) outside for a bathroom break. I'm not sure why this wasn't mentioned to me on the phone, then I would have immediately made an appointment somewhere else. Then I went inside and there was a cat roaming that went right up to my cats in their carriers. My cat that can't handle strange dog scents, also hates other cats that are not her cat brother. So my cat was extremely stressed out the entire vet visit more so than I've seen in her 14 years of life. I'm upset I didn't know cats would be roaming and that there would in fact be dog scent in the vet clinic. I'm upset because this could have been prevented if I was informed from the get go that a dog does come to this cat vet and there are roaming cat(s). I asked and there are 4 cats roaming, this is not something that works for my elderly cat family. After I got home and processed the entire experience, I did not feel comfortable at all, I was immediately shamed for feeding dry food to my cat... even though I've heard different things about food from every vet I've encountered in decades I've had animals I've been a caretaker for. The culture of the office did not work for my little cat family... I am doing the lab work and ongoing care somewhere were my cats will be more comfortable and I feel a sense of community instead of feeling shamed or as if I'm misinformed. I dislike this approach, and that's my opinion. I think above all I should have been informed there's a dog that frequents the facilities and there are roaming cats! I mean come on that's important information when someone says they have a cat that doesn't like dogs and other cats when they call to make the initial appointment. Seriously not ok to not share information that could be impactful to someone's experience. I'll give them 2 stars because my cats are at least fine now and I know I don't have to go back.
