My sister was supposed to downsize her unit and paid a non refundable deposit to do so. It was scheduled for October 7th which is today, and had been planned for at least a couple weeks. After today her storage unit will be locked as it was setup for transfer. The manager told my sister to be there today at 9am and is nowhere to be seen, not answering calls either. They have a sign on the window saying closed for Sunday and Mondays due to short staffing but there's nobody there today and it's Saturday. She took today off to have this done and make the switch and with help for nothing. This isn't the first time they say they're open and not a single person is running that office or there on a Saturday. I've been there before with her to help with her unit and no carts were accessible to use because they're always stored inside but again cannot access them because the manager wasn't there when she was supposed to be. I even witnessed other people bringing their own carts to use because of this issue. Unsure how this place has good reviews. I've experienced way better service elsewhere. On top of this my sister has been a renter with then for about 4 or 5 years now. Note: many calls were made this morning and I've left a voice-mail on my sister's behalf because for some reason it wouldn't allow her to.

Ashley was professional and knowledgeable throughout the set up process. The onboarding process was painless and I can tell that she runs a tight ship. I’ll add more once my rental experience is complete, but for now, very happy with this experience.

When I stated I'm not good with online payments I was met with such rudness and a lack of service like the staff ( Christina) didn't have time to help me that the computer could do it instead of having a person being helpful. I felt very disappointed in the lack of care for the customers needs and preferred method of payment.

They closed early with no explanation on the day we were moving and put a lock on our storage unit so we weren’t able to enter our unit we paid for and had to pay for an extra day with our uhaul.

We rented from Trojan for about a year while we bought our new house. In this year we had a wonderful experience! Clean units, friendly staff, tons of equipment to rent to make loading / unloading easy. Sharon and Ashley are both amazing and helpful! Had a call with Christine today to finalize moving out and it was just as pleasant moving in. I would recommend Trojan 100 times over again and have already sent a few friends their way! Thanks Trojan for the great hospitality!

This was my first time renting on the second floor of a multi level storage facility. I had reservations about renting from here because of this but now I'm so glad I did! There were no problems whatsoever with not having ground floor access. I also appreciated the high level of security as well as the helpful employees who went above and beyond to help me while I was renting. Sharon V. Is a rockstar worker I never see her stop working somebody should give that lady a promotion. She pays attention to detail, drops everything to help somebody and is overall 5/6 person. An excellent hard working friendly individual with a good heart.

Really great service to begin with. Upon moving in, one of the main reasons I chose this storage was because I was told I would get prorated upon move out if it wasn’t at the end of the month due to the fact that I’m military and live in canada. When I had planned to move out the first time that was how it was. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get everything out. Now there are new people running the show and not only did my rent go up without a notice but didn’t reapply my auto payment, are now telling me I have to pay the whole month with it being late because again after asking three months in a row to apply the auto pay the didn’t and they refuse to give a prorate of move out like I was told upon move in. Don’t rent here.Another issue I had with these new ladies that took over is they took my ID in order to use their roller cart, which was the first time I had ever needed to do that. And instead of giving my ID back, they locked up the office and went home leaving me without my ID and I was headed back to canada the next morning but my trip left late because I had to get my card first. No care for the client whatsoever.

The worst rental experience ever. The gal I spoke to on the phone had it together and was extremely helpful with reserving the unit but the guy who processed the agreement was the reason for a one-star rating. Terrible customer service all the way around and he was a complete train wreck to deal with.Not only did our code not work, he wanted us to “swing by the office” to have it fixed when we had a trailer full of belongings ready to move in. Our unit was off site from the office so completely unreasonable.Then after 45 days we received a notice that our space rent DOUBLED in cost! And they also gave less than 30 day notice which was clear violation of the agreement. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere.
