Less than one star, I would. She interrupts you in every conversation supprised she's still in business. I decided not use her services I very early in the relationship. She has no college degree and is considered a bottom feeder in the industry. Do your research, and you will see, Notice all her reviews are from previous customers and not new business. I challenge this company to publicly rebuttal my response! Bet they won't. Notice how few reviews their positive reviews have. Very coerced, possibly financially reimbursed by the company. Don't walk run from them!!!!!!

I had the worst experience with Nina Andrade and TurnKey back in 2020. For this reason I will never trust TurnKey if they have Nina working for them.My family and I were almost left homeless because Nina never pulled through with her side of things and I had to constantly call and email her to get things done. 100% do not recommend Nina Andrade.

I have been going to TurnKey for my refi needs for years. Always fast and easy. Any obstacles that arise are walked through and overcome by their excellent customer service. Will continue working with them in the future and recommend them as well!
