Two tellers told me I could not cash EE bonds because my last name had changed due to marriage. They told me I had to have the bonds reissued in the new name. I went home to do that only to find out I do *not* need to have them reissued in my new name, nor will they even if I wanted them to. All I had to do was sign the back of the bond with my new name and in parenthesis say name change due to marriage. Not happy to have my time wasted and be told incorrect information about government bonds. US bank should be embarrassed by this branch and the poorly trained employees acting like they know what they’re talking about.

We feel robbed. We filed CDs with this US bank branch specifically. US bank has an auto-renewal where they move your money from a high yielding percentage (ours was around 5.5%) to 0.05% (basically nothing). If you miss their 10 day window to move your money, they hit you with a huge penalty - we will lose HALF the interest we accrued over the last YEAR.We called and called many people to help fix this, or at least waive the penalty fee. We talked to the manager of this branch, Danyell, and she said 'there was nothing she could do.'OF course she can do something, she just doesn't care about us. Never do any sort of banking with US Bank, this branch specifically. We will never work with US bank again. This is money for our families, children, food, college, and homes. How dare they take it from us under the guise of a "penalty" fee in the fine print and act like they did nothing wrong.

All of my interactions with staff members has been friendly, efficient, and helpful. Jennifer helped my family through the process of dealing with a death of a family member with warmth and compassion. She remembered my Mom & I, as did other branch members, and made each visit as easy as possible to accomplish what we needed. I gave 4 stars because I have had a hard time calling and talking to a person, except when I selected that I was interested in opening an account.

Bank is understaffed but people working there are doing their best and going out of their way to be courteous and professional. They are friendly and seem to have the right answers. I especially acknowledge Debbie (Hope I got name right) who use to be down at the main branch in OC. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Again at times US bank seems understaffed and only one teller trying to help many people. 4 stars for the people and 2 stars for management regarding staffing.

By far the worst bank to deal with. Since covid this place has gone down hill badly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You have been warned! Been with them for 30 years and needed a checking account for my daughter to travel and they couldn't take 10 minutes to do it. Went to Onpoint and got it done just walking in. US Bank just lost a customer. I'll be pulling my 3 personal accounts, business account, and mortgage.

Danyell the branch manager is PHENOMENAL. Our company is under new management and we're now banking with US Bank. We've experienced a few hiccups with the transition and if it weren't for all of Danyells help I'd be tearing my hair out. What an asset she and her whole team are to this branch!

Ok Josette was great but once again US Bank has failed at their job. I was suppose to have a line of equity reopened but of course someone did not do their job as usual. Don't expect customer service beyond the person you are dealing with and that is iffy. Is wasn't Josette's fault, she sent information but instead of getting back to her, they just said it was sent to the wrong place...reeeeeeallly you don't let her know or follow up. If this was offered anywhere else I would not be dealing with US Bank. The only good experience I have had is with Josette. That is why most all my accounts are at USAA or Chase. Incompetence extreme with USBank

They stole $150 from me I paid my account in full but they never closed it so I got late fees and interest and back up it went. The worst costumer service out of any business I have ever had to deal with. To get them to do anything is like impossible. They will take your moneys they do that well.

Even when it’s busy they only have one teller working. Literally ridiculous!

I go out of my way to not return to this branch. The tellers are rude and do not make this a convenient banking experience. First time in a decade I’ve considered switching banks due to this branch.

Wrote a review this week - it must have been lost! US Bank has closed 2 branches in Oregon City & Gladstone. The Hill Top branch has a drive up window with spots for two tellers - not sure why because they never have two tellers working the windows.I’ve been a US Bank customer for 46 years and will not tolerate US Banks position of getting away with their intolerable service and lack of respect for their customers.US Bank has used the COVID as an excuse to close down branches and give their customers less and less service. Not sure, however surprisingly enough I’ve still needed the same service as before, however US Bank has provided ALL customers less and less service.I’ve been in the two car lanes outside with around 10 + cars - when I get up to the window sure enough there is only one employee at the two person window!I’ve gone inside the branch several times with numerous (once eight) people waiting and one person behind the counter and two employees sitting at desks doing who knows what.US Banks spends thousands advertising on the PGA Pro tour on TV - we are indirectly paying for those ads and the service we receive is toiletville!
