Ethan was so helpful and transparent! I appreciate the timely service and education about products and services. Highly recommend coming to this store over deal directly with Verizon customer service any day. My experience on the Verizon site chatting with a rep had me feeling ready to switch carriers, but after getting my questions answered and a new phone from TCC Verizon store in Oregon city, I’m very happy.
