“Purchased a set (4) of Michelin's for my Honda CR-V. Prices were the same as Costco without the wait. Had a 10:15 am appt and was back home before 11am. Took a book to read while waiting and barely had time to even read a page, that's how fast they were. Best advice: if you're worried about having to wait too long, make your appt for an off-time during the week. The female sales person told me the best times over the phone before I made my appt. She was definitely right. Discount Tire specializes in new rims and tires, as well as wheel and tire installation, repair, rotation, balancing, and also does annual winter tire changes. They offer a free air pressure check too. Walk-ins are welcome or you can schedule an appointment in advance. They have six service bays and you can watch your vehicle being worked on from the waiting area in the showroom. Excellent customer service and friendly folks to deal with. Free Wi-Fi also. Highly recommend you give Discount Tire a shot next time you need tires.”

Also did a quick alignment check and I will need to make an appointment to have that taken care of. They are very friendly and respectful too. I also like their popcorn.”

He was kind of enough to work this repair into his schedule and got me on the road promptly. “We had a nail in a tire. The employee ntold us he could have it mrepaired within 1/2 hour and we could choose to wait or receive a call when the repair was done. We chose to wait and the repair was done well within the 1/2 hour timeframe. We offered the employee a tip for his prompt aand thorough service, but after several urgings, he declined. We've always had great service at this location on McLoughlin Blvd. N. of Gladstone.”

“I brought in my hand truck today for a tire repair (I believe it came off the rim). I was assisted by Noah who was very kind to assess the problem and repair it. This tool is essential to me as I'm unable to lift heavy items (I was injured on the job in healthcare and I'm no longer supposed to lift over 30 pounds) and it's difficult to get assistance when you live alone. When I went to pick up the item there was NO CHARGE. I'm still in shock and was on the verge of tears at this act of kindness. I feel like everywhere nickel and dimes you these days and everything is just so expensive everywhere. I'm struggling to survive myself to the point I've not even gotten my winter tires put on yet due to that cost. Thank you Noah and Les Schwab (honorable mention to the gal at the front desk who checked me out, sorry I didn't catch her name, she fixed my last name for me which has been wrong since 2009, thank you). It really means a lot and essentially NO businesses are doing this anymore so THANK YOU. I made my appointment to get my winter tires put on because you guys deserve my business over anyone else and I figure prevention is key (better than a big repair and medical bills if I were in an accident due to inclement weather). I second the review below. COSTCO SUCKS. Don't purchase your tires there. Their service used to be fine (at first) but now it is terrible and I'd rather pay more to be assisted at Les Schwab. Even if you have an appointment you will wait 2-3 HOURS to have your tire change over completed STANDING UP (and I had to do this after just having surgery last time, tmi, sorry).. Thank you again Les Schwab, Noah, and the nice check out gal at the front desk 12/8/2023.”

“Saturday mid-afternoon, before Easter Sunday, had a flat tire. Was able to take it in to have it looked at. They repaired the hole from a nail, tire was salvaged, they put my spare neatly back in the trunk and sent me on my way without any fee. All of this before they closed for the holiday!
