I had a wheel bearing fail and it happened very quickly and put me in a really bad spot because it was my company vehicle and we needed it the following week to keep Work flowing for the crew. Chris got me in and took care of everything as quickly as possible for a completely reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again and even though they’re not the closest shop to me they will be first in mind next time I need something.”

“Let me share what rockstars this group of gents are. I knew I was going to soon need a brake job and so I had called around and done some research (my father is a retired mechanic and fabricator, so I try to follow his advice) and I felt this place hit all the check marks...price, time, location and amazing customer service.
When I arrived, the shop was spotless. Not that it matters, but to do the work that they do and to keep the shop and themselves so tidy, it says they care about the quantity and appearance. BTW they also have the sweetest shop dog, who I fell in love with.
They finished replacing all my brakes and rotors in the a reasonable amount of time and even helped with a surprise issue.... someone had actually CUT my emergency brake cable and taken the time to ziptie it to my frame so I wouldn't know. Theirfix of this surprise issue was not a money maker for them less than an hour labor and an $80 part. So I don't feel taken advantage of.
What really blows me away is I had just had my car to the dealership who tried to tell me I needed a bunch of service things, which I had actually already done. These gentlemen were honest. I have already given there name to a number of friends who are soon in need of brakes and tires.”

“We've used Gateway Body two times now and have had fantastic results both times. This time was replacing the bumper on our Mazda CX-5 and cleaning up some peeling trim. We originally thought the matte finish on some of our chrome could be replaced, but Ken called me back and advised me it was an after market paint. So instead of repainting it we opted to have the peeling paint removed, and what's left looks great! They also removed some pitch that had dripped down the side of the car, and that was a very nice surprise. They also got me in quickly and were finished in a week. Not that I want to need them in the future, but when/if I do they'll be the ones I call.”
“Kudos to Les Schwab in Gresham. I decided it’s time to quit taking my car back to dealership for “stuff”. I was getting reminders to take my car in for tire rotation and oil change (from dealer)and recently discovered Les Schwab does oil changes and of course tire rotation. I have been putting off both these things because of $. Tech came out and said I don’t need to change oil in my car for 5,000 miles and explained more than I already knew about synthetic oil. ($120 charge saved)
Said he’d go ahead and rotate tires for me and check brakes for me. Then came out with slip in hand and 0 charge! No problems with my car at all other than tires needed a little air which of course they did. What I thought would be another hit to my budget, turned out to be a blessing. Tech was above and beyond in his service.”
“We've been a customer at this location for quite some time. Always friendly from the moment they greet you at your car and throughout the process. We only buy tires here. Easy to schedule a tire rotation within a couple days. They honor your scheduled time. You can also just come by for pressure check before traveling or on a regular basis. Pleasantly surprised they also sell brakes which saved me from a longer appt at the dealership.They never pressure you to purchase more than you want. It's just a huge plus there just down the street”

Super busy... while it took 2.5 hrs to get a flat repaired, at no time did I see anyone not working fast and hard to get people serviced as quickly as possible - quality and safety was paramount at each step of the way. Waiting area was by far the best of any similar type service center. The service was amongst the best and the cost hard to beat. I don't know why folks would consider any other tire center... even while Costco may have better pricing on the big name brands and offer great service but it's hard to beat the 110% you get from Les Schwab.
That was my first review nearly 20 years ago.

So while we always buy our suv road tires at Costco for their top tier service, quality products, and best pricing, we still ALWAYS go to Les Schwab for our travel trailer tires, travel trailer brake service, and regular alignment of our Kia Sorento SX and Volvo XC60. We also trusted them to do a $2600 axle replacement on our travel trailer...
Truly they are amongst the very best.

“I had an excellent experience at this location of Les Schwab. Cotton helped me by checking my tires after I discovered one of my tires looked rather low. I was helped right away and Cotton checked all of the tires and said I likely had a puncture on the low tire. Since they were closing soon he offered me the option of leaving my car overnight so they could get to it right away in the morning. This was a perfect solution for me. They patched my tire and it was ready to go before 11 am. I will always get my tires from LS. Thank you!”

Got tires on my daughter car yesterday on my way home her tire pressure light came on. The next morning she went to work and it was completely flat. We changed her tire and when we took the tire off it had a big hole in it that was patched with a piece of another tire.”
“Excellent service center for tires, wheel alignment, and brake check-ups. A few years ago I ordered Geolandar A/T G015 tires for my Subaru from them and they’ve been working great. If you have been a repeat customer there, they treat you as a regular and offer free tire inflation. They also very kindly checked my brakes free of charge. Although it’s a chain business, it still feels family-run. I’m grateful to have them in my neighborhood.”
