The manager is rude and extremely unprofessional!! Also seems shady as a man answered the phone claiming to be some type of tax service. When i asked if it was the storage place a the lady quickly grabbed the phone.

Not willing to work with you when moving out. Forgot to make a call and no leniency. Paid storage on time for 4 years prior and 3 years current. Doesn't count for anything anymore. Paying for empty unit in August. Double dipping anyone?

We rented a 10 by 15 storage unit when we got there to unload there is a 6 by 6 room inside the unit when called she was not overly nice about said the owner said no one ever complained before would discount 20 a month or we would have to pay for a bigger unit they said they had no other 10 by 15 not very happy at all
