Lovely place, great staff, and great view. The rooms are a bit small, but they are nice and great if you plan to spend most of your time outside anyways. Also has a pool and hot tub and beach access. Also aparantly some rooms are pet friendly, which is not stated on their website, you have to call and ask.Rooms: Liked that it was a suit type and had privacy for our room/bedNearby activities: Newport, depot bay and Lincoln city are all nearby. So much to do in all of these

Here is the down and dirty. Some of the rooms are independently owned so the decor, amenities / updated styles will vary. We booked through Expedia and got lucky with the room that was assigned to us. We saw other rooms in our group that were not as updated / nice. The hotel does have a heated pool and hot tub. This place also has a restaurant and bar with limited hours 4pm to 8pm. The restaurant / bar is a tiki theme with a pool table. Alcohol selection was very decent. It is a bit of a drive to Newport. If you visit, check the tide table chart and if it’s low tide, take a walk down to the beach and check out Devils Punch bowl. Super cool and lots of tide pooling opportunities. Only complaint are the rooms are not quiet. You can hear your neighbors or the people above you. Recommend getting a top floor room if you can.

Beautiful property, questionable maintenance and customer service.I was so bummed to have a bad experience here on our recent stay. Our ceiling had a major leak late at night causing us to move to an emergency unit which was a definite downgrade for everything aside from the view, though it didn’t mean much to us as we were leaving the next morning. I was frustrated to notice obvious water damage in the area where the leak was coming from, indicating that this is an ongoing issue but they’re continuing to book the room. They initially only offered a refund for the rate difference in the downgraded unit, but after we discussed issues with the emergency unit the manager offered us a 20% discount. I still feel disappointed in the level of care as we’d hoped this could become a regular spot for coast trips.

I hate these signs. I supremely abhor this type of decor, unfortunately our room was slathered in it. Now with that being said I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! I loved, the balcony with ocean views, the tiny kitchenette with fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster and microwave (VERY limited utensils, no cups, plates or silverware, fair warning), sauna, hot tub and heated pool, beach, tide pools, and devils punch bowl within walking distance. The restaurant was closed during February, and be prepared to haul items up and down plenty and plenty of stairs. Hotel buildings only accessible via walking or employee driven golf carts at your request. There is one designated parking lot.All in all a very nice, secluded area with spectacular views!!!

Stayed here in September 2016 while driving up the Oregon Coast. Comfortable rooms and great location.

Lovely place, stayed several times over the years, but with a “no dogs” policy, we can no longer stay or buy a unit. Too bad, otherwise it’s great.

A little bit outdated for sure at this point but the staff was really good taking care of us. I have to shout out Eric at the front desk who went above and beyond for my wife's birthday to get us into a room that was nice. We ended up having an amazing trip.Rooms: Outdated. Our first room had a weird smell and large black flies buzzing around (in December?). Our 2nd room was a loft room with a fantastic view that was amazing. So it's hit or miss it seems.Noteworthy details: Be prepared to walk hills with luggage or bring a few bucks to tip the golf cart driver / bellhop who can assist you. You cannot drive and park by your room.

I love it here! It’s like walking thru a botanical garden in full bloom. Some thing is always blooming ,at any time of the year. It’s a lush rain forest atmosphere here. The front office staff is very kind and gracious. Actually all the staff at the Inn is wonderful. It’s a healthy walk from the parking lot to your condo, so wear comfy shoes. The views are amazing and the place is comfortable.Food & drinks: The restaurant is really good. The BLT sandwich is huge and amazing. Bar tender makes a great lemon drop martini.

It's time to do away with ALL of the lanai dividers that smack and bang with the slightest breeze.!!!! Its startling! And should be posted in the room for guests who may get triggered by sudden, loud, banging noises. ie;veterans or trauma survivors. This property is beautiful with amazing views! Well maintained lush landscape, winding walkways,a great pool/hot tubRoom(J233) was dated but clean and cute. Nice bedding. TV, sound bar,dvd old fashioned and dysfunctional. Not a smart TV.Bare floors are nice and clean but, also very cold without any throw rugs or mats. Coffee maker but no tea kettle. Cheap door knob offers no security at entry. Dead bolt is also light duty. It would have been nice to have a throw blanket to sit on the lanai.Food & drinks: Restaurant is a separate entity. Great atmosphere, views and decor! Super clean!Even a pool table! Staff is professional and engaging.I ordered a burger which turned out to be double smashburger patties without being described as such. So of course it was overcooked.I'll try pizza next time.Much nicer than a hotel restaurant but not resort quality. Limited to burger/sandwich or pizza

I have stayed here many times. I think the last room I stayed in was definitely the cutest. Staff have been super nice. Will definitely continue coming here. I will say some rooms are definitely better than others.

Update: During checkout, we notified the front desk staff about our experience. They apologized and mentioned that this is not normal, and that the staff we dealt with was definitely not being helpful because there actually were rooms available and this was something they definitely could have assisted with.I was excited to celebrate a quiet birthday here! Started out okay with the check-in process. However, when we got to our room, things started going downhill. The decor did not match the pictures at all - it was definitely mismatched, old, and outdated. The walls are paper thin and sound travels so easily. We could hear kids running in the DOWNSTAIRS unit horizontal from us. I was sure of this as we were on the top floor with no neighbors to the side. (I know this because the partition on my balcony was completely missing). To make matters worse, the family downstairs were banging on walls and jumping all around. My headboard was literally shaking from the impact...This went on literally for hours from 6PM-10PM and happened again the next night from 5PM-10PM. We called the front desk around 8PM and the guy was absolutely useless about handling the situation. He offered to change our rooms, and took a whole 5 seconds to check before saying "We have no rooms and I can't do anything.", "Well what do you want me to do? It's not 10pm yet. What do you want me to do? What do you want me to do?!?" And then he just hung up on us. Well, to start, do your damn job and don't ask me to do it for you ?♂️. I'm sure there are better options than asking a paying guest to come up with a solution for you. Your job is to provide customer service and resolve issues. If something as simple as that is such a challenge, you're probably in the wrong industry. I implore you to go to Room M280 and test this out yourself.I understand that the behavior of that particular staff is not representative of the hotel, but he definitely made this experience a horrible one, and needless to say we will not be back.
