Amazing customer service. When I was having an issue ordering a board they personally called me to help resolve it. I ended up ordering a wetsuit and shipping was very fast even during the holiday rush. Everyone was very nice, and I will definitely be ordering more from their shop.

The surfing itself was great and we had so much fun out on the water. The instructor knew what he was doing and helped us a lot in the water, however, outside of the water none of the staff were very helpful. We had to carry our individual surf boards they gave us for the lesson up and down the street, the sand dune, and across the beach. Being only 120 pounds, not very strong, and having a herniated disc in my back made it extremely difficult to do that. It would be a good idea to mention in their lesson description that carrying your board from the shop down the street, over the sand dune, across the beach, and back is required and you won’t get help from any of the staff when they see you struggling. Also when I handed my wetsuit and the rest of my wet gear to one of the workers cleaning them he asked me to hose the sand off of them while i’m standing there soaked in my wet bikini in 55 degree weather. I thought this was odd considering it is their job and I was the only one in my group lesson that had to do that. After paying in total several hundred dollars (about $700), I think it would be best to have the surf boards down on the beach or somewhat closer ready to go and not have your customers clean your stores wet gear.

This is a fun little surf shop. They have billabong, dakine, moment branded items, and OluKai among others.. lots of wetsuits, surfing gear, hats, slippers, sun glasses and fun little things.. staff were super friendly and helpful, they definitely exceeded my expectations which was nice. We hauled in 4 kids with us and figured they would be annoyed.. it was the opposite, they entertained us trying on hats from high up and the kids trying on different pairs of glasses. Highly recommend this store, it’s got a great vibe and adds to the overall awesomeness of Pacific City!

I just bought a Buell wetsuit from them online during Black Friday. They had the best price and actually had my size in stock when nobody else including the official Buell store in Santa Cruz did not. Their price was even better than the Buell store. I received it here in California within three days. They also included a handwritten thank you from Mia. I will definitely be shopping from them again.

Was there for Labor Day 2022 to rent a surfboard & wet-suit. The staff were friendly & helpful, even letting me use some sunscreen when I forgot to screen up at home. Outdoor changing facility with warm showers was an unexpected bonus! Would definitely rent from them again.

Quick board and wetsuit rentals. Good place to get some basic surf safety tips also (like where the rip-tide is). Simple and nice changing facilities also with a shower for removal of sandy wetsuit afterwards. Popular burrito place next door.

It’s 330 now and my wife called about 30 minutes ago saying he’s all right if we show up and just go surfing for an hour, was fine paperwork and the guy said Yep you just need to have them back here by 4:50. Then another person came up after I had signed the paperwork and handed it over to them just to tell me they only do 24 hour rental, really upset since the other place that’s open later would have been better now that we wasted 20 minutes.
