These people are rude. I was a woman traveling alone and my tire started to go flat. I asked for assistance with filling my tire as I have never had to do that and was nervous. They refused to help and said it wasn’t their job.
The short guy who works there is so rude. Making backhanded comments often.
Also this is the only has station I have ever been to that does not let you just fill up your tank. When you push enter you get an error EVERYTIME. They are aware and they don’t care. You have to put a dollar amount so you can never actually fill your tank. I hope I never have to use this horrible gas station again.

Says 24 hrs but they close at 10 pm every night,is there something wrong with this store only.

They are so impressively rude. I went in one night and they were rude but I chalked it up to a bad night. I went in again tonight and they were so rude I was taken aback. and they were rude to other people too. maybe if it was just me I'd say I was the problem but consistently rude to their customers. I think it's they are the only (?) convience store open later and so they can get away with not being polite. just disappointing..

Renee has worked there for a very long time. I'm always very impressed by how hard she works, her friendliness and how incredibly helpful she is to customers. I think she would make a great regional manager as she is incredibly dedicated to her job. The whole crew there is incredibly friendly also.

The old man's Scott that works there is going under the old owners rules and not starting over with new owner rules when Renee lets other people come in and then all I want Scott tells them they cannot come in that's wrong

Extremely rude customer service. I came to pump gas and my wife needed to you the restroom, he turned us away even though we were customers. He was yelling and had a lot of attitude, if you hate your job, don’t take it out on customers. I feel sorry for the manager who has these kind of employees. It was the bald heavier gentlemen, Saturday night shift.

I have gone to this Shell and picked up drinks and gas the last 5 days of our camping trip. Today I was parked drinking my drink and was told to leave, it had been 10 mins and I was loitering. I looked at my receipt and it had literally been 10 mins exactly. The parking spaces were all empty other than us. I find that so odd. Needless to say I'll just drive to Tillamook or wherever is closest for gas next 2 days we have here.

Won't be buying much there any more went In to buy brisk tea and it was 2.89 each over 150% from what it was the day beforeIt was 2 for 2.00 plus depositI'll be going somewhere else chesters is only 1.59 and Jackson's is 2 for 2.00When I brought it up they said pricing is done buy an sub contractor and if they make a mistake, oh well it just stays that way and the workers can't do any thing to change it
