Terrific experience. Service was amazing considering one person was doing it all. Food was well-presented and delicious. Paella was traditional and excellent. Lucky us to happen upon this restaurant.

This quaint, narrow and rustic restaurant building overlooks the Nusteca River. The dinning area is on the upper floor. There’s a lift but it was out of order at the time we went. This is now one of our favorite restaurant at the coast. I would recommend the calamari and the paella. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a lift, but it was not working at the time we were there.

I got $30 tacos that had hardly any fish in them. I was served the tacos with zero garnishes, just dry tacos. Server said he'd be back soon with the rest. Over 10 minutes went by and I had to ask again for the rest of the garnishes so I could eat while the rest of my party ate. When asked how it was I said it was very cold and not great, the Server giggled while saying sorry then walked away. Server couldn't answer any questions we had about the menu telling us he's learning it (which is fine but never checked with anyone else to get answers) terrible waste of over $150. Feel like calling my bank to dispute the portion of food I ordered.

I recently went to Pikes Place market, and the seafood here was as good, if not better than some the restaurants I tried at Pikes Place. Atmosphere was very cozy, and all the staff was very kind and friendly and warm and provided great recommendations, even though we walked in only 45 minutes before closing. Definitely would come again.

Can't say enough about this place. We tried 30% of the menu and it was all delicious. We had a single bad clam and they replaced it with four clams. Just excellent service from the entire staff. I have to say that the salmon stole the show for me in portion size and flavor. We'll be back the next time we're in town.

Terrible experience, would not reccomend. We had a confirmed reservation and they 'couldn't find where it was written down.'We had a party of 12 for a special birthday. We had to scramble to find alternative accommodations. They weren't apologetic nor did they try to do anything but dismiss the 12 of us.

We made reservations after booking a night at Inn at Cape Kiwanda (which I highly recommend, loved it), and we very excited after reading reviews. After making a reservation, we arrived on time, but still had to wait 15 minutes for a table. The older gentlemen at the front, was lovely, and offered us drinks while waiting. After we were seated, it all went down hill. Our waitress was not very friendly, and never checked on us. We were brought our apps and food at the same time. We ordered the crab hush puppies, and they were burned. Barely edible. My partner ordered the New York steak, medium, and received a cow that was still mooing. No seasonings. I ordered the salmon. Raw on the inside, burned on the outside. We were so disappointed. Bill was $135, with no booze. We really were super bummed. Luckily, we loved our stay at the inn and cape kiwanda, and the weather was breathtaking. I gave two stars because I loved the ambiance and the older gentlemen at the front. It's really an adorable little spot, but the food and service were a major bust for us.

I Live in California and have tried the best seafood known to be there. But this place is definitely on a whole other level, truly delicious food. Anything you get on the menu will greatly satisfy your appetite.Highly recommended and a must try!

In town for 1 night & we were hoping to have dinner here. I kept calling when they opened to make a reservation as the website suggested but no one answered. We showed up only to find out they were not open. Dinner plans ruined :(

This was an absolute home run.He had the beef filet stroganoff, she had the crab mac & cheese. Both dishes were as good as you’ll find anywhere. The filet melted in my mouth, and the gravy had a hint of sweetness and lots of mushrooms. The fresh pappardelle were perfect. The crab mac included shrimp, which were perfectly cooked, and plenty of crab.Servings were large. We had the crab hushpuppies as an appetizer, and they were excellent. The wine list is not large, but more than adequate, with good selections available. This was our second time there. We will be back.

Sooooo good. Excellent and fresh fish, best steak in Tillamook County, and I would eat the calamari sauce as a soup. Best food in P-City.

Was unimpressed. Service was poor and so was sub par food for the price. The cocktail we had was similar to a dive bar drink but for the price of what should have been more upscale. Too bad because the location overlooking the river was nice.

Small and unassuming dinner spot with an excellent menu right on the river in Pacific City. Enjoyed an excellent bowl of clam chowder, delicious hush puppies, and a creamy crab parmesan ravioli.

I am giving this restaurant five star even though my salmon was served very undercooked. It was our first time eating here, and we didn’t know what to expect. The restaurant was packed, and had a crazy day. They were out of most ingredients, so we got things we wouldn’t normally try. The food was excellent. It was lovingly cooked, and the ingredients were top of the line. We will be back.

While visiting the area, we got lots of recommendations for this restaurant. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. The food was okay, nothing special and fairly overpriced, but not bad food. The customer service was atrocious. From the minute we sat down our server had an obvious bad attitude that ruined our entire experience. Our group was polite and quiet but it felt like we were treated poorly because we were a group of people in our 20’s (too young to be worth their time). When we asked to split the check we were told it could only be split two ways. When we went to tip, they failed to mention the automatic 20% gratuity that they already added to our table’s bill (it was in small print on the menu which did not stay at our table). I have never been to a restaurant that added such a high automatic gratuity with such awful service. Our drinks were never refilled, 2 of our orders didn’t come with bread like they were supposed to. And overall the attitude of the server was over the top rude. We will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.Edit:Steve, the owner, handled our complaint seriously and did what he could to make the situation better. While we still wouldn’t recommend the wait service at this restaurant, I applaud management for listening to our concerns and taking action.
