West Fish Co. is a small, no-frills local fish market offering fresh, delicious seafood. It is known for its incredibly tasty Dungeness crab, fantastic tuna, sweet scallops, and clean lingcod and rockfish, often caught locally. The market provides a variety of options including crab, oysters, shrimp, smoked salmon, and even dried lingcod skins as dog treats. The kind, knowledgeable, fun, and personable staff provide superior and helpful customer service. Prices are considered very fair for the high quality. While the area outside can sometimes be stinky from crab nets, the fish sold inside is fresh and fantastic. It is widely regarded as the best stop for fresh-caught seafood on that stretch of the Oregon coast, highly recommended and a must-visit for a taste of the local bounty.

I had one of the best dungeoness crabs from West Fish co in a long time. Local guys. Fresh fish and crab. Eat at Grateful Bread and grab a crab to go!!! Highly recommended.

Asked the guy working the counter what was fresh. He told me that the lingcod and rockfish were caught yesterday and they looked clean and fresh. So I ended up getting both. Best way to buy fish is from the local fisherman catching fish in their own backyard.
