We were traveling from Colorado to the Oregon coast last week when our truck broke down on the interstate late in the afternoon. Called a few shops in Pendleton, but only the Auto Clinic said that they may have time to look at the truck. It was after hours by the time we were able to get the truck towed to the shop. Called first thing the following morning, they got right on it, completed the repair and we were back on the road that morning. I’m certain they bumped us up in line to get us back on the road quickly. Big shout out to Daniel and the crew at Auto Clinic of Pendleton. Thanks for the prompt help!

My husband and I were on our way back home to Albany from La Grande when his truck stopped working in the middle of the road! Somehow, this shop was able to get us a new alternator and replace it SAME DAY! They really saved our butts and saved us a lot of time and money. Thank you!!!!

Brought my vehicle here two times and Mike and his crew are wonderful. Super quick and reasonably price. Exceed my expectations of service. Obviously part of business plan to be quick and straight forward with the vehicles that come in. Just great will refer and continue to have them as my go to mechanic.

My sons AC lost its charge. I contacted the Auto Clinic and they said bring it in the morning and leave it all day, pick it up late afternoon. They did the work during that time and the car was ready. Not certain if we still have a problem but they did inject dye to diagnose further issues. They were very busy, rather frazzled but did not fail to present a very cordial welcome and thanks for doing business with us attitude. The only drawback is they are located so far from the City Center alternate transportation became a problem. They do not have a waiting room either. Other than that I highly recommend them to anyone needing work.

My 30-year-old pickup truck had major trouble on a road-trip through Oregon; the radiator and ignition had serious unanticipated issues that rendered the truck totally inoperable and left me stranded. Luckily I found the Auto Clinic of Pendleton, and got towed there and they fixed me right up in 24 hours and had me on my way. On what could have been a total bust! They basically could have told me and charged me anything and I would have had no choice but to pay. Instead they were fair, professional, and very competent!

December 22, my family of three were in Pendleton Oregon heading from the State of Maine, to Washington State. Our front end started grinding and we were scared we wouldn't make it home and had enough cash for anything that needed done (ended up being a wheel bearing). It was 3pm and we limped our truck to this ship and without even a conversation, they rolled the garage door shut on us saying too late and close to a holiday they wouldn't see us. Couldn't recommend an open shop, or even offers to let us call AAA safe from their parking lot. Just turned us away. This hop has no care for anyone.

My car had some major issues right before a big trip to Portland. My regular mechanic had retired so I was at a loss for where to go. I just took a shot in the dark and called Auto Clinic. Mike was amazing. Gave me a fair but conservative price and timeframe and was able to get the car done much faster and cheaper than expected. It has been running great ever since. He explained everything to me in detail (more than I needed since it was all greek to me), and I appreciated his honesty and expertise. I didn't feel like he tried to talk me into anything or take advantage of my obvious ignorance. 10/10. will be back for any future issues.

Mike and his crew got my car in quickly, diagnosed it, and got it fixed up for a reasonable price! He took the time to explain what was wrong in a way I could understand and was very clear about what needed to be done. I have recommended this shop to anyone asking where to take their vehicles for the last 18+ years, and I don't see that changing anytime soon!
