“We were traveling from Colorado to the Oregon coast last week when our truck broke down on the interstate late in the afternoon. Called a few shops in Pendleton, but only the Auto Clinic said that they may have time to look at the truck. It was after hours by the time we were able to get the truck towed to the shop. Called first thing the following morning, they got right on it, completed the repair and we were back on the road that morning. I’m certain they bumped us up in line to get us back on the road quickly. Big shout out to Daniel and the crew at Auto Clinic of Pendleton. Thanks for the prompt help!”

“My father-in-law and I can’t thank these men enough for rescuing us off of the interstate when my father-in-law‘s RV broke down.
His rear differential let go as we were traveling from Woodland Washington back to Morgantown, West Virginia.
They were very professional and courteous and did not treat us just like another number that needed towed.
They were very reasonable with their pricing and were very careful and considerate when towing my father-in-law‘s RV.

“We had an amazing experience with this shop! Our driver got stuck on I-84 early in the morning, and we called to ask if they work with NTP. Everything was handled quickly and professionally from the very start. I was connected with Tim, who was incredibly helpful and kept us updated throughout the process.
The tow was fast, communication was excellent, and they got the radiator replaced and had our driver back on the road in less than 24 hours. Big thanks to Tim he’s the only service person we’ve ever worked with that left us with such high respect for a person. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommend!

“Traveling from Boise to Portland and had my water in fuel light come on after going through a storm over the Blue Mountains.
Stopped at powerhouse and explained the situation and asked them to drain the filters to check if there was water in the fuel.
They dropped what they were doing, pulled me in and checked my truck. Turns out there was no water in the fuel but just some damaged wiring on the Wif sensor due to previous fuel filter changes.
They separated the wires to prevent them from touching and tripping the light again so I could finish my trip without issue. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Thanks guys for your help. If I need anything else when I'm passing through in the future, you guys will be my go to!”
“I'm not a car guy and before my current 2020 model, my newest car was a 2005. I had some concerns with my car and wanted to take it in. I called and after speaking for a few minutes, I was informed it was as the car was designed, or very likely. I was very appreciative for the phone call walk through and explanation of my vehicle. I'm not concerned about it anymore and I don't have to take it in.”
“I have been going to this shop since before the current owners and no matter what the problem was they were honest and up front about what something was going to cost me. I was a little disappointed that they got rid of the oil change services but they were quick to suggest another business nearby.”
“These folks are awesome! We were traveling through Pendleton, on our way to Baker City, when our truck broke down. We got a motel and had a tow truck bring our truck to these people. J&B cancelled other clients and fixed our truck the following day. We were so grateful! Not only did they fix the reason why the truck broke down, but they repaired several other small issues as well. Stuart wasn't just a skilled and competent mechanic, but he was friendly and fun to talk to also. The truck still runs too! The price for all the repairs was reasonable. Can't say enough good about J&B.”

“I just left the auto center for an oil change and new tire install I am a Travel nurse and drove to Oregon for an assignment. These guys are the very best they made sure my car was done right and kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt uncomfortable with what they were telling me they were very honest and made sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive home. The manger also, stepped in and made sure everything went smoothly these guys are awesome and because of them I will take my cars to the walmart autocenter in my state. These guys deserve 20 stars.”

“Quick, friendly and competent! We arrived before opening but Wyatt noticed and raced outside to see what we needed. We're very satisfied with the service & 4 new all-terrain tires. We appreciated Wyatt's tip on where to go eat. It was an easy walk nearby and we were still enjoying breakfast when they called to say the job was all done.”
