The mechanic there is very friendly and was able to calm me down after I came in a little mad after talking to a 3rd party tech support via chat that was very unfriendly and tried to charge me. When I arrived at Western Radiator the mechanic understood the issue and dropped the charge. As such, I will 110% continue to do business with Western Radiator. He is an amazing person that is hard working and to the point!”

“My father-in-law and I can’t thank these men enough for rescuing us off of the interstate when my father-in-law‘s RV broke down.
His rear differential let go as we were traveling from Woodland Washington back to Morgantown, West Virginia.
They were very professional and courteous and did not treat us just like another number that needed towed.
They were very reasonable with their pricing and were very careful and considerate when towing my father-in-law‘s RV.

“We had an amazing experience with this shop! Our driver got stuck on I-84 early in the morning, and we called to ask if they work with NTP. Everything was handled quickly and professionally from the very start. I was connected with Tim, who was incredibly helpful and kept us updated throughout the process.
The tow was fast, communication was excellent, and they got the radiator replaced and had our driver back on the road in less than 24 hours. Big thanks to Tim he’s the only service person we’ve ever worked with that left us with such high respect for a person. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommend!

“Really great people the owner & the receptionist are really helpful & nice. Called to get a quote on tires, we had a certain tire in mind.. they were so great got the quote back to me in no time at all. While talking about tires they recommended another brand & we were a little hesitant but went with the ones they recommended & boy are we glad we went with the ones they recommended we are so pleased with them. They are great with the traction in the snow & ice. So pleased with their choice of tire. When they recommended a tire I would take it. They know want they are doing. Would recommended them for all your needs 10/10”

“I just left the auto center for an oil change and new tire install I am a Travel nurse and drove to Oregon for an assignment. These guys are the very best they made sure my car was done right and kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt uncomfortable with what they were telling me they were very honest and made sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive home. The manger also, stepped in and made sure everything went smoothly these guys are awesome and because of them I will take my cars to the walmart autocenter in my state. These guys deserve 20 stars.”

“Quick, friendly and competent! We arrived before opening but Wyatt noticed and raced outside to see what we needed. We're very satisfied with the service & 4 new all-terrain tires. We appreciated Wyatt's tip on where to go eat. It was an easy walk nearby and we were still enjoying breakfast when they called to say the job was all done.”
