“We were towed in here Sunday afternoon after breaking down on the freeway. Being stranded here they were able to get to work on it Monday late morning.. This was a technical wiring diagnosis. They worked on it until 5pm. Got us back on the the road that same day. Quality work but not cheap. Thankfully I did not have to tow my vehicle 300 miles to home. So they saved me money also.”

“We pulled into Pendleton for an overnight pitstop on the way to the coast for a wedding. We quickly realized that we were having some issues with our vehicle. We looked online for a diesel mechanic the next morning and came across Power House Diesel. We gave them a call to see if we could stop by and maybe have them do a quick look over to see if we needed to stop and take care of things or if we were safe to move on. They graciously pulled us into the garage and took a look at things. We are grateful for their willingness to do so because we were not safe to keep moving. They got us up and running within a few hours.
Their mechanics and office staff were friendly and helpful. We had three of our kids with us and the office manager was kind and accommodating. The diesel mechanics were helpful and knowledgeable. They were really thorough in their assessment and repair. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!”

“These folks are awesome! We were traveling through Pendleton, on our way to Baker City, when our truck broke down. We got a motel and had a tow truck bring our truck to these people. J&B cancelled other clients and fixed our truck the following day. We were so grateful! Not only did they fix the reason why the truck broke down, but they repaired several other small issues as well. Stuart wasn't just a skilled and competent mechanic, but he was friendly and fun to talk to also. The truck still runs too! The price for all the repairs was reasonable. Can't say enough good about J&B.”

They quickly ordered the necessary parts and had everything replaced within two days, which is some of the fastest service I’ve had in a long time. “I just left the auto center for an oil change and new tire install I am a Travel nurse and drove to Oregon for an assignment. These guys are the very best they made sure my car was done right and kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt uncomfortable with what they were telling me they were very honest and made sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive home. The manger also, stepped in and made sure everything went smoothly these guys are awesome and because of them I will take my cars to the walmart autocenter in my state. These guys deserve 20 stars.”
